@roshan1432cool @JioCare It seems that jio earns too much. They don't care about customer. I have complaint for network issue and no single communication by jio, hence I switched to @airtelindia . Please switch to airtel. Best customer service.

@reliancejio i am totally upset with jio network issues there is very bad network in noida sector 44 . Many time to jio helpline no but they told me ASAP backend and network team connected with u .no any trying to resolve my issues @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband is down from past 4 hrs. Customer care first told me ETA is 8 PM, next he told me 8:25 PM, next he told me 12 AM and now he is telling me 2 AM. Is this a joke? Do you really care ? Is 2 AM is final ETA?😡

@airtelindia This is really very disappointing that inspite of consecutive feedbacks on Twitter @airtelindia is not taking concrete steps to resolve signal and internet connectivity related issues, and if possible please call on my no that solution can be obtained service grade is 6/10.
