    @airtelindia I placed a order of airtel black on 5th may. Till now no response from any airtel engineer. All the time customer care says wait for 24 hours. One of the pathetic service. Atleast if you can't give, tell that upfront.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your Xstream fiber team is Xtremely incapable of fixing issue even after escalating the issue. Every time your support team providing me new deadline and your ground team not able to fix the issue. Xtremely frustrated.
