  It's been days. No action by airtel. I spent my own money to fill the hole. Again with rain it washed away. Airtel desever the contractors quality they have.   @airtelindia Since then, I’ve been calling customer care EVERY DAY, only to hear the same scripted responses: “Your issue has been escalated.” “It will be resolved by tomorrow.” Tomorrow never comes. How many escalations and “tomorrows” does it take to fix a broadband issue?
