    @airtelindia No internet connectivity since evening... No way to register complaint for same.. As app chatbox is stuck to previous service request, which is already resolved.. No help from call centre either... As they also are not able to register complaint.. Very disappointing

    @airtelindia It's finally fixed. Didn't even require a visit, something you guys could do at your end. Baffling that it took you 67 hours to do that, and even more baffling that it took me about 12-13 phone calls following up. Fix your customer service, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all

    @airtelindia The flash messages keep popping up incessantly. When I called customer care, one representative said it was a phone setting issue, while another claimed it would stop if I turned off the 'Broadcast Message' option in the messaging settings.

    @airtelindia I switched to Airtel hoping for better service, only to find the exact same situation here. Fine, I’ll wait another two months and see how it goes.

    @airtelindia pathetic customer care service and really bad experience , with more than 10 years relation we are not getting the proper solution from you le customer service team. The bill issue is not handled properly for more than 7 days @consumerforum_

    @airtelindia This is beyond frustrating. My office Airtel broadband goes down almost every 3rd or 4th day. Outage means another complaint,another promise, another temp. fix. A business can’t run like this. SR. 11035655727 #airtel #Broadband #CustomerService

    Airtel black connection is not working for last 4 days at my home I raised a complaint ( complaint number 11035391632). Till now the issue is not resolved. Airtel team takes such a long time to resolve issue and the support team does not even bother to resolve. @airtelindia

    Im not worried about 5G hotspot, but Im frustrated about @Airtel_Presence way of response. They simply asked me to DM the query, I did but no response no resolution even I haven’t heard back from them. Its been more than a week. Pathetic @airtelindia
