@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please be advised I got 2 calls from Airtel to troubleshoot my issue. One call from +918800 number saying that i need to take my mom's sim card with my mom's original adhaar card, pan card and an NOC saying that i have her approval to convert postpaid to prepaid. 1/2

Since this involves otp, which I need to tell the person calling, and since the number seemed normal regular mobile number, I am letting you guys know. 2/2

@airtelindia I am getting 8mbps upload speed on my 499 40mbps plan. Also the download speed drops every now and then. By when can you fix this, increase upload and make download speed consistent?
