Hi, bill payment of Rs. 1879.52 paid via Credit Card towards your Airtel Postpaid number 98860XXXXX has been processed via Order Id 6907310558670909440. This payment is made to some other mobile number. Pathetic and worst customer service of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I can't even use the internet properly, there is buffering in YouTube even in 240 resolution, this problem is not a new problem, it is very old. If the network problem is not resolved, then I will have to leave Airtel under compulsion, I will have to port it to Jio.

@airtelindia There is some problem with your API connecting other payments app. Have checked it on @MobiKwik and @amazonpay . Everytime I try making my postpaid bill payment, it does not sail through and I get a message "Hi, you can head to Airtel Thanks app & pay your Airtel.."
