    At times a low rating is not because of the person who picked up my call instead it is because of the hopeless service that i am getting. After what i pay i am not even able to reach the speed of 100kbps at any given time. Which is rediculous @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Worst customer care service, there is no response, I am not able able to use net since 14/01/2021,even I change the sim,when customer care says change sim. Worst service.

    When I checked with customer care my transaction is not even updated in Airtel DTH data base and no call from any Airtel agent..when I tried calling Custer care they don't have any info on new connections.. @airtelindia @airtel_dth @airtelbank

    @JioCare No need of ur assistance, I already called 5 times to customer care recently, and they repeat the same line. As soon my internet data end, I ll switch to @airtelindia , which provide much better service to every corner of country. GOOD Bye 👋 mischievous jio.
