    @airtelindia what the worst services. After paying the post paid bill you people have blocked my number, not able to use, when we r using the corporate connection. Immediately will switch to other operater.

    @airtelindia applied for new brodband connection they ask for OTP, i shared with the person. After 2 hours he said we can't provide connection in your location WTF is Worng He asked all my documents Have they used my documents for there incentive only lol @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence This is taking way too long @airtelindia.. I have come to know that you have your #XStreamFibre live within a kilometre from my house. It shouldn't be much of a problem for you to connect me then.... OR, should I be exploring other options?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews i tried buying smart bytes from airtel app for like 100 times but there is some error and i cant buy that. My wifi data is exhausted and i need to work from home and i am out of help from yourside. This is the worst experience i had (2/3)

    Airtel Xtream has the worst service and installation team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It’s been 2 weeks, they have taken advance and not installed the internet yet. No wonder why people prefer Jio over Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.

    Hello @airtelindia, I would like to understand what kind of experience you are providing to the customers? I recently converted my prepaid on postpaid after seeing the benefits on your app. Let me iterate all benefits first. Please check the plan details picture. I bought this plan due to 2 main reasons. I am feeling scammed now. Read below two points and see the image too: First Scam - Three sim cards When i am trying to add family member, your app isn’t allowing that. See picture 2 Second Scam - Apple tv and music benefit. Your app promises the ott. Once plan starts and i try to claim the ott, i find out that they are not even in the list. See picture 3 and 4. Bonus - The Biggest Scam Human support is fully gone now. I only talk to the chatbot and eventually the chat ends. There is not even option to select for my problem. I called the customer support. Again it takes a lot of time to connect to a human and even if i connect, they simply cut the call when i raise the issues. I just have a simple question to you. How can you expect a person to use your services if you are scamming them by taking high prices and ghosting them. PS - I will not stop posting until my issue is resolved. This is not acceptable and won’t be hidden at all. I need immidiate resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Signal loss. 2.4GHz near router. Slow 5GHz switch — 5GHz slow too. WiFi calling drops mid-call, no audio. Engineer visited — outsource box overloaded. Not my problem. ₹500 for this? Since last year. Zero fix. Ahomgaon, Guwahati. #AirtelGuwahati
