    3/3 To my surprise, customer care called and advised me to cancel my subscription because Airtel is allegedly unable to provide a connection, even though there are already 4–5 Airtel connections in my building. Even repeated escalations have not helped. @airtelindia #Airtel

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised a relocation request for shifting my Airtel WiFi to Hyderabad. Been over 24 hours now. Called support, was promised an engineer, and got absolutely nothing. No assignment, no update, radio silence. Sort this out or I'm switching providers
