    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your broadband services are a #joke. Firstly 3-4 days last week, there was an issue with your line and again since today morning at 6:30am, it isn’t working. During pandemic and #WFH days, broadband is crucial and here is #airtel making a joke

    @airtelindia applied for new brodband connection they ask for OTP, i shared with the person. After 2 hours he said we can't provide connection in your location WTF is Worng He asked all my documents Have they used my documents for there incentive only lol @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've never seen someone so much careless executive sales person in my life. I've already paid for 6 months Dth + Fibre connection on 21st March and till date no connection has been done. It's so sad that @reliancejio Fibre is not in my Area.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @airtelindia I’ve been repeatedly reporting serious network issues since mid-April through 198, but there has been no resolution yet. At my location in Newtown, Kolkata, full 4G/5G signal shows, but during calls VoLTE drops, voice breaks/no audio, and mobile data stops working. This happens on every call and even outside my building. Being a postpaid customer, this level of service is disappointing. If this continues unresolved, I will have no option but to port out. Kindly escalate this on priority. @TRAI
