@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in any case there is nothing to contact call me when this issue is resolved other service providers like bsnl are offering speed even higher than what they claim in jst 599/- pm so why should i pay 799/- for a speed which i m not even able to get???

Till date the engineer wasn't aware of the ticket. It took 4 days to assign the ticket, Don't know how long to rectify
