Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

@airtelindia pathetic services of dth, got the error with dish antina rectified by paying service charge however in 2 days same problem occur and service provider asking to pay charge again. Very unethical and irritating. After multiple calls also not ready to come and fix.

Entering the 18th day without internet (since 5th March), thanks to @airtelindia. Complaint "escalated" at least 10 times, made 17 calls to the customer care with an average talk time of 12.2 minutes, apart from the call backs made by them and their ground team, @Airtel_Presence+
