Hey @airtelindia my broadband internet is disconnected. probably cos the cable got damaged due to a short circuit and fire in the electricity pole. Can you please help it get fixed ASAP... can't work without internet at all 🙏🙏

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in any case there is nothing to contact call me when this issue is resolved other service providers like @BSNLCorporate are offering speed even higher than what they claim in jst 599/- pm so why should i pay 799/- for a speed which i m not even able to get???

@ambandla But isn't it a bad idea by @airtelindia to force users to pay for DTH even though they're selling this smart TV box. No point in making users pay for both, DTH and broadband!!

An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos

@airtelindia It is ironical despite of a credit balance of ₹1863/- on my prepaid account- 8283868131 the company is not permitting me to utilise the balance to recharge a pack of my choice. Would any one from the company help resolve the issue. Refer my in responsed mails.

@airtelindia I am not getting even 2 MBPS of speed on your 4G network in my area. More than 60 connections are there in my knowledge who are suffering with the same issue. Is 1 MBPS on 4G is the fastest network. Please address and resolve this issue on priority I am doing WFH.

@airtelindia 9) P.S. the technicians sent to my home consisted of a Senior Technician and Head of Service and two assistants, only the senior technician had knowledge, albeit half-knowledge of what was going on. Even then, they were all in absolute confusion.
