@airtelindia I switch connection from jio to airtel but I am not satisfied with this. Jio's speed was good and always good.. Now I'm understand why airtel user switch to Jio.. If you want to stay your customer with airtel first of all you have to give internet speed correctly..

I always chose the best. And that's why I am on @airtelindia from the beginning. It's best in my opinion but in last 10 days i felt that i need to think about it. It's the worst experience for last 10 days. Very disappointed. (Location tagged)

@airtelindia dth service is cheating with customers. In new connection, where societies common dish is installed, they didn't provide personal dish, whereas package v purchased includes that cost. Now on relocation to other area, they are charging separately for personal dish.

@airtelindia recharged my no. 9695214644 on 24 Nov, it did not reflect. Recharged again and was successful. Did not got refund of the first recharge. Infact both recharges showing same transaction ID i.e. 1604674743. contacted customer care, issue not resolved @TRAI @airtelnews
