@airtelindia I had installed airtel black 300mbps with Dth, never seen that speed, now its not even working. I have never in my life seen such a pathetic broadband service, it was a mistake trusting you. Only promptness is while taking money for the connection

@airtelindia& @Airtel_Presence are simply fraud. Airtel DTH has appointed franchisees for Service Requests,which are simply Mafias.Dont get influenced by AirtelBlack promises.The company is simply looting people.They don't even discontinue your connection and continue billing.

@airtelindia please help-my friend is facing problem with your unreasonable services. Company has deactivated the sim and asking too much for verification process. His family members lives in remote area and he is not able to connect them or transfer the money. #disappointed

@airtelindia I've got a Broadband on 31st Oct. The connectivity is very poor. I'm on a 200mbps plan. Pathetic service. I want to cancel my subscription, but will not be refunded 3 months payment which i made in advance. This is the worst network I've ever used. Pls help.
