@airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

@airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

@SlothySlothKing @airtelindia Had similar issue with Jio. Fortunately we were on week holiday. While doing some work, roads were dug and by mistakenly the fiber wire got cut. When we came back it was still not working. Once I switched off the modem and switched it on and it worked.
