Hey @airtelindia my broadband cable has gotten disconnected probably cos the cable got damaged due to a short circuit and fire in the electricity pole. Can you please help it get fixed ASAP... can't work without internet at all 🙏🙏

An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos

After that used my mother's Jio 's internet connection as hotspot.. where as in Chennai ,my home Airtel broadband internet connection speed is 45-50 MPB..
