    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shocking customer service from Airtel.Broadband is down since 25th May with 0 resolution or visits. I requested a disconnection via 121, but its is nt possible saying the open ticket must close first. This is nothing but a trap to inflate bills.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Twice my complaints were closed without resolution. Weak indoor signal, unusable internet and call drops still continue. Closing complaints won't fix the network. Stop marking issues as resolved when they are not.

    Someone please help to solve my issue..i am tired calling airtel app ..no one bothering to give any positive answer..@airtelindia its kinda robbery u people are doing with customers..nearly 2 months ..many complains made..but no tech visit arranged.what is going on.@narendramodi

    @airtelindia Your network is completely useless, the internet is not working since morning, despite complaining many times, there is no solution. If no solution is found in this way, then I will port the Airtel card.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    1/3 Now I understand why @airtelindia is losing customer trust while @reliancejio continues to gain both trust and market share. It's been 7 days since I raised a request to shift my broadband connection, and there has been absolutely no progress.

    @airtelindia I had already recharge plan in my phone , by mistake I did again 219 plan , please help me in this...... because recently I already few days ago 3 months plan

    @airtelindia extremely disappointed with your service. On 25 April 26, by mistake i got recharge twice, I tried return the second amount but got details from the Airtel stores will it active 1 by 1 so you don’t require any action, now my plan exited 1 month dispute two plans.
