    Message 2- Today customer care “Gaurav” refused to register my complaint and asked for extra INR 600+ for services never used. This feels like intentional delay and harassment to continue postpaid billing.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Poor mobile network and slow internet issue has been continuing in my area since last year. Complaints are closed/marked resolved without any permanent solution. This is unfair. Please escalate this to the network team and provide a clear timeline. @airtelindia @TRAI
