    Hey @airtelindia, Is there anybody in your company who has accountability w.r.t customer issues and ensure that the services work with minimal disruption ?. Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel

    @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing service from a company I’m paying for. I’ve been facing a network issue for around a month. I raised a support ticket, but it was marked as “completed” without actually resolving the problem. .

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Hello Airtel I- how long does it take for you to unbundle acounts in Airtel Black? My request is pending since 12th August. After 8 calls on 121, including to 2 supervisors, the status is pending due to ‘technical issue’. @trai consumer’s rights?

    @airtelindia Non-existent features of the Aitrel Thank App (although there is nothing to be thanked) and I pointed out to her she run away after disconnecting the call. Can anybody see the Network and Devices Menu here?

    @airtelindia Eden Garden Township, Dhanbad has 300 villas, with 30 families already shifted. We have Airtel & Jio AirFiber, but both have not delivered reliable service. Residents want dedicated FTTH connectivity. Your local team has already contacted us regarding FTTH. 🚀

    When it comes to customer care service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst. All I wanted was to upgrade to postpaid via family add on. From past 24 hrs I have talked to 6-7 different agents none could resolve my issue nor was able to give any concrete reply, not I am left

    @Airtel_Presence Facing severe network issues & frequent call drops at Millennium Business Park (MBP), Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Many offices are affected, disrupting daily business. Please resolve this urgently or we will be forced to port out to another provider. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Highlighting is not a solution. If my Wi-Fi issue is not resolved today, I will be forced to escalate it to Airtel Appellate Authority and the National Consumer Helpline. @airtelindia @airtelnews
