    How does a total scam service by @airtelindia still operate? They hate their customers. I changed my house and they neither send anyone to shift my connection nor disconnect it for more than 2 weeks! 10+ calls on their helpline also don't do anything. Time to move to @reliancejio

    What a crap @airtelindia #Wifi is, shift connection request made on 4/6 for 6/6 none showed up. Called in slot, after slot time, I was asked to wait for 4 hrs backend team will reach out but none reached out. Called next morning spoke for an hour & still waiting for connection 🙏

    @airtelindia Residing in a society just behind Gaur mall and galaxy blue sapphire on 5th floor and network connection is pathetic. No call and internet access Service request will be resolved in 15 days.

    @airtelindia where can i get incoming call cdr? I cant connect to any customer care representative even on dialing 198, I cant find it in itemised bill, i cant find it in airtel thanks app!! What sort of postpaid priority is this?!!!!! @trai help please #airtelpriority

    Third-class service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Broadband down since 7 June. Second time facing this issue. Multiple complaints and false promises, yet no resolution. Please fix urgently before I escalate to @TRAI.

    @Akshay_Muthal_ @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Their resolve is to mark the requests resolved with or without an acceptable resolution. It does not mean the customer’s problem will be resolved.
