    @Airtel_Presence complaint ID 11032070306 raised yesterday 12 PM has not been resolved yet, Broadband down completely, 3 engineers have been changed but no one turned up to look at the problem. Can someone resolve it on priority? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Now a days the airtel has become the worst ever service provider. Even after 15- 20 days they are unable to resolve the issues. Frequent call drops, you can't send message, Internet speed is slowest... and you are giving priority service and advertising like a great

    Hello @airtelindia I’m a 5-6 year old customer of Airtel and I usually do year long recharges. Recently we shifted to a new house. I am not getting any network there, can’t make calls or use internet. My plan is active until October. Is it possible to get a refund.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Finally ! Airtel Kumbhakaran get up 12:15 PM and joined wire within 10 Min ! Who was suffered a customer! For 10 min work wait more than 24 hrs ! Loosing work from home , kids suffering online classes ! Don't know how Airtel behave with customer! No strong customer support
