@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had requested for porting of two numbers. It was suppose to get activated on 18th Dec 2020 at 10:00 pm. So far my number is not activated and my old number is also deactivated. Your customer care is not reachable. This is highly annoying.

@airtelnews @airtelnews @airtelindia I have recharged my ac for one year with airtel thanks app but my ac credited with a validity of 277 days instead of one year. Their local staff Mr. Harjeet Singh (Alwar, Rajasthan) not picking my phone. On customer care no proper reply given.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the request was raised on 30th Oct 2020 and after lot of follow ups you customer service initiated the process and when the SIM cards were exchanged number is not activated. After two months this issue is still not closed...not appreciated

@airtelindia My network has been down since yesterday early morning. I have received no updates regarding this issue. A lot of my work is stalled. It was supposed to be some technical issues which would be solved yesterday itself but nothing has happened in past 36+ hours. 🤷

@airtelindia very disappointed with u guys ,tired of your dth service In 5 months have replaced my set top box 4 times & now 5th time it's having same issue. U guys take service charge every time u replace my stb which is very wrong because it should not get faulty so frequently.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had already raised a complaint to stop the pre recorded tune related to banking. i believe corona related message is mandatory but i dont want to get other tune. its really frustrating. please resolve or else need to port the number as last option
