    @_kumbhkaran I have tried to cancel my airtel sim prepaid plan and guess what it doesn’t let me terminate It just exits the process one step before final questions if I give correct answers and throws error if I give wrong answer Damn Scammers @airtelindia

    Its been more than 24hrs that my wifi connection hasn't been fixed.All my complaints are being rescheduled and there is no way to communicate with the company.If this is the way of communication/resolution kindly close all my 5 airtel connections and refund my money @airtelindia

    to responsible person. In our gated community over 70% of the family are using @airtelindia but unfortunately last year I shifted to @reliancejio Since then problem persists and no human is available in customer care; only voice interactive messages. Frustrated 😣 (2/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_PresenceFacing severe network/call drop issues in my New Delhi area. I have an active recharge on TWO numbers, yet every time a call connects, no voice is heard. The network coverage is virtually zero. Please urgently look into this and help fix this issues

    @airtelindia Very disappointed. Even after recharging my number, I can't make or receive calls, and mobile internet isn't working. I've been trying to reach customer care on121 for the last 5hours, but I'm stuck in the IVR every time and can't connect to an agent. #Airtel

No more tweets, no more complaints. I am getting Wi-Fi service provider replaced to Tata Play now. Disgusting
