    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently I shift my mobile network provider and become a postpaid member of airtel family plane of 999+ gst .And that was my one of the major and extremely wrong move .There is no network in my area. I travel a lot but no network coverage.(1)

    Heyy @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today is 30th july and my sim is deactivated from 8 july your customer service is not even replying my DM's you have such a pathetic customer service no one is answering. They just reply we are working on it pathetic.

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Box is taking too much time when starting.Your engineer visited and told this is normal and same for all customers. Do I have to wait 3-4 minutes before watching any movie/news.Do you have any solution even for so called "Airtel black" customer like me.

    @airtelindia One of the most pathetic service offered by Airtel. By paying cost if 200 MBPS speed , I am getting 40 MBPS . Simply lootofy happening that to legally .sick n tired of making complaints.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable

    There is no or very poor @airtelindia network in my area. I had logged a complaint but @airtelindia closed the ticket without fixing the issue did not even contact me to check if the issue is resolved. This is how @airtelindia works these days

    @airtelindia @airtelindia and the beautiful part is after contacting customer care, they informed that my complaint was scheduled to resolve on 22nd only, as u were calling we will priorities to close by tomorrow (20th), i couldn't understand this,do we need to keep on requesting every time?
