No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

I recharged my sim with this yearly plan and according to that I got unlimited 5G data with 2GB/day But today when my data was used up completely… the unlimited 5G data didn’t work and I had to recharge my sim again with extra data pack! This is completely unacceptable… if you can’t provide the facility then don’t write it in these plans. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
