  @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network connectivity. Ph-9937244824,Add-Odisha(768017). No IVRS option to talk to CC. No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

  @JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

  @VodafoneIN pls look into this issue ASAP. Everything was good prior to 15 days ths all started. Network will come for 1 day and for next two days , total blank, no network . Not even 2g, can't even make a call. If you don't want me to port to @airtelindia pls help asap.

  @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called them about 2 years ago and told them to disconnect the broadband services. 2 jokers did that, and left all equipment here. Have since moved to Jio and they respond in 2 hrs. Shoddy service by the broadband team.

  Dear @airtelindia is there any way to contact your customer care? I have tried calling 121 and 198 but chatbot don’t help on these numbers. I have recharged my number twice but it still doesn’t show on airtel app. Kindly provide me a number where i can speak to some human.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ported from Jio to Airtel Postpaid for better network, but facing serious call issues since MNP. Calls fail/disconnect often Raised multiple complaints via chatbot, but getting resolved messages without any fix. Stuck for 90 days due to MNP rule.
