Had a similar bot loop till I heard about Replymer, at least it tracks the mentions without the fake “we care” script

How can you not share the concern wth your executive if it has been clearly explained. I had to disconnect multiple times & then block the number as he was arrogant and ignorant. Simply fix it if you can.
