Fix this issue... Most of the times people don't get 5g network from their home ... we have to stand on road or roof !! Are we living in 2010 era !!! What kind of network you people run??!! Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.
