    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence rignt now I am in my room and enjoying your #third_class_network_problem very well. 4G network is there but data speed is only few kbps. More than 20 days passed! NETWORK TEAM is sleeping well even after this many days. Shame on your services.

    I'm Charged for 4g, & provided 2g services.Since you know 4g isn't working in j&k for over a year now. My humble request for activation of monthly discount on my bill,& waiver on previous bills. Customer care provided no resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia I did not expect such poor service from airtel after all those ads. They said that customer service is best compared anyother competing ISPs. I lost my broadband connection at Wednesday and was told that I will get it next after complaint issue.
