  @AppleSupport @airtelindia Got an iPhone 12 on 23/04/2021. Did all the necessary configurations. Still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime. Contacted APPLE SUPPORT and AIRTEL SUPPORT both but neither provided any solution and transferred the issue to each other. Poor service
