  @airtelindia What makes this worse: my complaint was closed without my consent, I received repeated calls threatening disconnection over the disputed amount, and Airtel eventually disconnected ALL my services. My mother was alone at home and had to contact us through a neighbour

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today I'm not even a prepaid customer, I applied for the connection, this time paid the amount upfront before installation and engineer still said the same thing no space in the box, now my amount is still with Airtel, no surety if the wifi will be installed or not. 2/3

  @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end. I informed him that the router is the root cause and must be replaced. He hung up. The problem persists. 1087 @kiran_stories @airtelindia

  @airtelindia My Airtel Fiber has been non-functional for 20 days despite repeated follow-ups and 3 complaints registered so far. Each Complaint are pending without resolution. My paid set-top box add-on is also still pending. Extremely poor service—please resolve this urgently.
