    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is my next point of contact after appellate authority be any regional head in airtel or CEO of the company?Theproblem persist since 10.09.2022.The ticket I raised was closed without solution or feedback from me.I pay Rs 2400 for Airtel. Do I need to feel like a premium customer?

    @airtelindia Airtel has solved every problem of its customer the same, if any consumer complains, then remove any deficiency in the setting in the service in his mobile, just the consumer himself will get entangled and will not complain of any kind,

    @airtelindia how rude is your customer care people are man ? When am asking the query he is making fun of it and transferring the call to regional language . And when I said am not able to understand he transferred call to some dth dep. What the hell ? @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia really feeling bad that I m using Airtel postpaid from last many years. Facing problems from more than one week but except promises and even some time rude behaviour from customer care representatives getting nothing. One problem, multiple suggestions but no action.
