@AirtelPresence My DTH is not working fron last two days. Logged req 63844203, engineer Amit Karmakar (9073755511) was assigned, but his phone is not reachable and no one has come till now . Such a bad service by Airtel , previously faced also same bad service. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

@airtelindia i raise SR for disconnecting the broad band, agent calls me and asks why disconnecting i give the reason and he says it will get disconnected and then puts it in safe custody. IS THAT HOW U PEOPLE GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY BAD #worst #airtelserviceverybad #bad
