    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi in Chennai has been completely down since Saturday (16th) evening. Raised multiple complaints via the app, and today the local outlet tells me it’ll take another 24 hours? 2+ days of no connectivity is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!

    People of India, especially Bhubaneswar — avoid Airtel Broadband. Careless and disrespectful service, extra money demanded for installation, and no real support from Airtel offices except formal emails. Worst customer experience. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Bhubaneswar

    @airtelindia For the last 5 days I have been unable to use the internet. There is only one option of using the internet is to call someone then only I can use it. Why I have paid 1029 Rs. For the last 5 days your customer support keeps telling me that in 4 hours it will work.

    @Airtel_Presence 1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @airtelindia

    Part -3 It's 6:30 PM 18th of may. No dth has been installed. Only wifi. Is this part of your business model? Take full amount and provide half service and close all line of contact so I have to reach out to you people publicly? @airtelindia
