    My father uses a basic keypad phone no internet, just calls. Airtel219 voice plan is gone, and now the nearest option is 399 with 1.5 GBday. Why force basic phone users and senior citizens to pay for data they'll never use? Not everyone needs the internet. @airtelindia #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can you act on this complaint 11035002241. None of them addressed as of now, when I connected with the assigned service engineer, I am getting very rude response. Is there any capable person to take action on this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On 9540600755, unlimited 5G recharge is useless as no internet is running indoor on 5G at House number 1946, Street number 21, Krishna Kunj, Nayagaon, near Maruti Kunj, Bhondsi, Gurgaon, 122102. Customer service is worst, no 5G internet working

    @airtelindia After 2GB data is exhausted, 5G becomes unusable. I contacted customer care but unable to connect human customer care executive and AI doesn't understand my problem.

    @airtelindia Whats the best way to ellisit a response from the Enterprise team. I have sent numerous emails, but the respones are copy pasted templates. There is no human in the loop to understand the issue. Account Number 1028502468

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Visited your 121 support loop 20+ times now. Every call drops after waiting 3-4 mins. My connection shift is stuck for over 10 days with with no clarity so far. Absolute harassment. Fix this ASAP and call me at 9503066999

    @alokp171 @airtelindia Airtel is misleading its customers by advertising "Unlimited 5G Data" while the service does not actually provide truly unlimited usage as promised. Customers are being led to believe that they can use unlimited 5G data, but restrictions and limitations are imposed in practice.

    So I have Shifted to a new flat in Bengaluru recently, and after hearing good reviews about @airtelindia, we got an Airtel Wi-Fi connection. We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2โ€“3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?

    @airtelindia everyone in my town is able to use 5g unlimited data today but on my connection the all daily data used on 5g network and now I'm not able to use internet services, what kind of service is this. @Airtel_Presence
