@airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

The @airtelindia customer care person told me that their "process" will only generate the bill that I am supposed to pay on Jan 17, only in Feb. And he cannot generate it "just for me" today, so that I can pay the amount on time. He made it sound like a privilege that I ask for!
