    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

Sir, as a black customer now one airtel, from the last two months I am spending lots of follow up with the customer care to get deductions in my bill that I am supposed to get because of combining services. No complain no rebate. Cheater @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it.
