    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @airtelindia I am the account holder and currently in the US for a month. My father who is the primary user of the mobile number xxxxx xx416 is 86 years old. Suddenly the SIM is not working. Today mobile phone is the lifeline for many people with UPI payment, LPG booking etc

    @airtelindia 3.5 days without internet and counting. Raised a complaint, called customer service - no resolution. Technician was supposed to visit and he never showed up. Unacceptable for a paid service. #Airtel #CustomerService #networkoutage

    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has not been working in the Kondapur Raghavendra Colony area since 2:00 PM. The outage disrupted all our office work, and there has been no way to get in touch with a support agent. What a terrible service. I will definitely be switching my internet connection

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence continue there legacy to provide worst wifi service. No wifi from morning schedule a technician appointment at 1:30 PM, no one visited yet and automatically reschedule it for tomorrow, why? 11032959446

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia, Presently Jio's 5G postpaid data service is better than your 5G postpaid data service. Now, I am using @JioCare's hotspot from my different phone.
