    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @airtelindia If my internet issue will be fixed in 15 days , why should I continue with you , it's easy for me to port or get a new connection much faster. Claiming best service needs to be in ground as well

    @airtelindia worst customer service. There is no way to call the customer care representative. All they do is make me talk with a bot. It's very annoying.

    @airtelindia No response despite repeated follow-ups. Unlimited 5G/data is inconsistent — behaving like normal data usage despite 5G coverage. Requesting immediate escalation to technical provisioning team and a clear resolution timeline. This delay is unacceptable.

    Ported from Jio to Airtel and the frustration started on day one. Couldn’t even get my eSIM activated, and reaching customer support on call feels impossible. What a pathetic experience so far. Expected better. #Airtel #CustomerService #eSIM @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Tried to disconnect my WiFi connection today. 20 minutes, multiple calls later, it’s still not done. Instead of processing the request, they kept pushing me to switch to prepaid. This isn’t customer service, it’s harassment.

    @airtelindia the wifi isn't working since 10 days, i really don't even know why are you guys taking money if you can't provide a simple internet connection. Please make an ad and write the slogan that " please don't choose airtel, we are the worst in the world".
