    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so interesting story - my SIM has apparently lost the capacity to latch onto the network. Solution? Duplicate SIM - however, no recharges or money in the SAME CONNECTION gets transferred to the duplicate SIM.

    @airtelindia i got fed up from your services since i have bill dispute issue but no one is caring about it....one of the worst service provider i have ever seen... always try to loot customer and do not resolve the issue....

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mental trauma and harassment has been done for the last 5 months. First my plan changed without my consent. I surrendered the connection in Feb 2022, but still being charged every month. Pathetic way of treating a customer of more than 20 years.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done payment for monthly recharge on may 10 . money got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful still I dint get refund it's time to switch to other network very pathetic this is.

    @airtelindia Customer care team is superb. They call only to report that they have the complain but don't take action to resolve it I am facing internet issue even with Xtreme fiber since last 3 days and nobody to resolve it. Awesome service from @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is no internet service from 6th May and have raised a complaint#10037093078. I have been following up every day and have made multiple calls to customer care requesting to resolve this but there is no response from #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence I have been living without a working broadband for the past 4 days. Despite repeated calls at 121, no solution has been done so far. No one in the airtel department seems to care to resolve the matter. This is causing great inconvenience to me. @airtelindia
