    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    Since tomorrow I’m facing issues with my internet.24 hrs no wifi.Have made numerous calls to customer support.The engineers assigned to me doesn’t want to work and is forcing to reschedule till 17th may. #airtelbroadband #AirtelDown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel your 4G speed in my area is absolutely pathetic.Earlier i had dropped an email to your top mgmnt,i got a reply stating site upgradation.Also once a customer occpuies 50℅ data,the rest 50℅ speed is extremely slow.

    @airtelindia This is about Airtel customer support. I purchased a dongle in February 2021. In 2022 Feb,it has stopped working. The outlet says it is battery issue and they don't provide the same. I was asked go to Manish market and get it, and they have no idea about the specs.
