    @airtelindia why in this region down below the address, we are not able to connect through the Internet. Pur Data couta is there and if you open the data service On no 4g,3g,2g, non of the G is connecting. And your customer service is not a customer service it is Boat service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mistakenly converted my number 9555755509 to postpaid and moved it back to prepaid. Now my previous recharge is completely gone. I just did the recharge two days ago. What a bullshit customer support. I also have postpaid services! Cancelling it

    @airtelindia @AFiber3150 Your engineers take more than a day to visit the office and do not care to inform if they are not able to visit the office at the scheduled time. We are switching to other wifi service provider. Kindly refund the excess amount paid.

    Please we request airtel customer care to look after this issue because we have been complaining for a while the network of the wifi is negligible . At this point we will have to change the wifi network. Solve the problem asap @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate @JioCare

    You charge customers a penalty for late bill payments. But when your service is delayed, deadlines keep getting extended, and customers are left without internet for days, what’s your penalty? Why is accountability only for customers? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
