    @airtelindia Last month I recharge 49 pack for 28 days validity but now this pack is removed. Now new pack available on platform for 28 days is 79. You need to think and understand customer behaviour and expectations. There would be many customers who needed lower value recharge

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Black customer to hold the line for 5 mins contrary to the promise of lesser hold time .Mail sent yesternight , till now no revert or solution . So it seems BLACK priority service ( Rs2099) is just a marketing gimmick ...customer issues not solved!!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I have purchased d2h connection and payed for box and disc. Since there was common disc in multi so I was not provided my personal disc. Now I moved to different place and I am asked to pay for disc again. Please help. Mob: 8347128246.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel team. I’m your customer for 8 year now. I wanted to opt for Airtel Cares plan, but it is only applicable for newer customers post 15 Apr 2017. Hurt to see preference given to newer customers over the old customers!Why differentiate?
