    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel plans very costly as I thing we have many other cheapest plans as compare to airtel in jio,save lots of money, I'm a 6 year old customer of airtel but now I think to port out from airtel ,because I'm paying every mounth about 30% extra amount to get less benefits.

    @airtelindia I am very surprised to see that after 4 days of time my broadband connection reactivation request# 133040584 is pending,no updates,no calls from Airtel.I Tried calling CC multiple times but poor service and pathetic CC, everyone from CC team has diff ans and no ETA

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Dear airtel if U cn't provide good service to Ur customers then at least allow them to switch to other service provider, it hv been 5 days since I applied for MNP but still its process from side have not been done, it very disturbing.
