    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @JioCare Customer care dropping the call everytime I call. They don't know how to fix the issue and you guys want to operate across India. Please don't. Now, @airtelindia is going to come in and put their internet and you just keep trying to fix the f***ing issue.

    @airtelindia Expecting proper resolution. Two things which disappointed me is the way cc behaves and they are trying to put blame on us, this is not at all fair. If u cant then honestly accept it rather dont try to put blame on us for unused benefits

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its very sad to share that i applied for airtel broadband 5 days back and paid for 6 months advance upfront but as of now no installation done. False promises being done on daily basis. Regretting of choosing airtel as my internet service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You people are cheating with poor people. I have paid additional 251 rs for additional data but I am not able to use that. Resolved my issue or pay me back my money. I am requesting all users to not use Airtel services any more. They are cheaters

    @airtelindia I ported my mobile number from IDEA to Airtel but this is pathetic network, I am facing regular issues in sending and receiving SMS's, customer care options are not working, network is too poor. What you people are charging for then?
