    There is no connection in Buxar (Bihar) of airtel fiber @airtelindia ...in our area there is only #jiofiber which has bad service...so i want to switch in airtel...but there is no airtel fiber in my city...??why?

    @airtelindia my request no 140151998 is still not resolved. Also the technician who has been assigned is not picking up call. Worst service by Airtel. I would not recommend anyone for Airtel broadband.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Raised connection shifting request early morning on 27th Nov, SR #140181402. TA time is 24hours, no technician called till now, you give No value to customer, you guys are incompetent & waste. Customer care keep on escalating but nothing happens.
