    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @airtelindia Third Day no internet. Keep getting messages 'The engineer will come between this and this time' No one comes...3rd day...!!!! Where do I go and bang my head? And in any case half of the times it doesn't work.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s internet is not working in Jharia district- Dhanbad 828111. Its been more than 2 months since this issue has prevailed.Have switched to @reliancejio for two of my numbers. Will do for rest if it continues.
