@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

@airtelindia if you can not give tax invoice for your prepaid broadband connection, then why do you issue those. If you are charging someone for connection you must be issuing tax invoice for the same then what is the problem in providing the same to customer. Really pathetic.

Tried everything to sort issue with my Airtel wifi. Speed is terrible. I raised many complaints through application and local team that is successfully closed by their. WFH became extremely difficult with airtel #terribleservice #Airtel @airtelindia
