@airtelindia when you charge for wrong service, it should be fair business practise to refund money. Adjusting against future bills is not fair for the customer.

@airtelindia I placedmy order fiberon 27th Jan but till now no postive response is coming from Airtel. Neither did your technician pick up the phone nor could I talk to your technical support, wasted my whole two days. Still no confirmation whether connection will be made or not

@Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel
