    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I m useing your brodband connection April. 21. And closed ur brodband due to transfer form my place and alredy complain ur customer care but not yet any revert.This is very unprofessional approch as brand name.Kindly look into this matter at earliest

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying since last 3 month to get airtel broadband service in my area but I am not getting any response from the airtel team. Please do work to build customer relationship instead of wasting money for ads. Highly disappointed. Shame Airtel!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia takes customers for granted. Having paid 12000 per year for nearly 7 years. I took the first step by moving to a lower plan..Next step is porting to a better service provider
