@ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

@airtelindia I m on one airtel plan and I am a happy customer. But now I have to move house. Called 10 times to local airtel representative to do feasibility check but no luck. Moving to Jio because of this.
