    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn I'm not getting my full refund. Airtel has only made minor adjustments of Rs 94 and Rs 200—take that amount from me if needed. I want a refund for 5-6 months of WiFi charges due to your technical issue, during which the WiFi didn't work at all, yet you charged me the full amount

    Third class service from @airtelindia , charged annual fee from me for Amazon prime which I accidentallt unsubscribed, consulted @PrimeVideo @amazon , both are playing blame game ob each other, neither id is reclaimed nor refund issued

    @airtelindia This is really a Kind of looting that airtel is doing, it should be reversed Immediately as I had Paid for 84 days Validity in advance and if The Prepaid service which I converted to Post Paid will again be charging for the same Period Please credit my advance

    @airtelindia holds a black connection for many years and pays ₹1800 pm. Called today for a query. CCE Mr. Shivam was surprisingly too rude, arrogant and misbehaved. Kept me waiting for 30 minutes to bring supervisor!! Am I paying this hefty amt to watch this tamasha?? ????

    @airtelindia , my airfiber connection number 9289622730, not working in 18th april 2026, have posted complaints twice, everytime it reflects complaint closed in the next day. But facing problem till now. Called customer care thrice, everytime they take me through the same process

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue is not with all numbers, but with multiple specific numbers. Some people can call me, while others hear “the number you are calling is invalid”.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Dear Airtel team, my father has had a connection for last 10 years. Now he is not able to walk or move. His SIM card has stopped working for the last 7 days. I need to issue a new SIM card. What is The procedure to Change the SIM ? he can't go to the store.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What's wrong with customer care department even after calling multiple times and posting on X multiple no response no reply. I have a validity of 50 days otherwise I would ported to other service provider till now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your company charges full amount for unlimited 5G. Delhi's 2GB north gets exhausted even after showing 5G network from the customer and after that your 5G unlimited gets stopped. This is a complete nonsense.
