    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia Despite having an active unlimited recharge plan, could you please clarify why an additional top-up recharge is required to place calls to customer care(Banks/Credit card..etc) numbers?

    @airtelindia Same expensive recharges as city users, but village networks work like absolute crap. Calls drop, internet barely loads, and signals vanish randomly. Rural users deserve proper service too, not leftovers. Fix the connectivity. #Airtel #NetworkIssue

Every single day, day after day, I have been lodging a fresh request hoping I would be called by the team as promised! None cares! The poorest standard of a customer service!
