  It's been over a week since I requested @airtelindia to shift my office Wi-Fi to a new location. Despite multiple follow-ups, there's been no resolution. Your team even had the wrong address, despite visiting just a month ago for service. Please resolve this ASAP.

  @airtelindia Do you want to force the customer to buy your airtel fiber service? What's the point of recharging my phone for 900 every month if I am not able to use even 1 gb of data throughout the month? Disgusting customer support with disgusting service.

  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi is down for the last 3 days & despite repeated complaints, there is no resolution. I moved to airtel only last month and surprised at such bad level of service, If my issue is not resolving by 12 pm today I will have no option but to surrender the connection

  10+ yrs with @airtelindia. On 2 Apr, my Family Plan was changed without my consent during a SIM replacement at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, causing 3 months of excess billing. Complaints were closed without resolution. Restore my plan & refund the excess. @Airtel_Presence
