    @airtelindia My outgoing service is expired irrespective that I have the balance. I tried to connect via customer care but didn't get any option to talk to an agent. I am requesting a call back and resuming the service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Network is down since this morning 8am. No resolution yet. Raised a complaint: 31-3801909523421. It says 15 days for resolution. Do u expect customers to be without network for that long? Why shall not I port to other networks such as @reliancejio
