    @airtelindia@ceo. Am@savita bhaskar having a connection since 1995/96 airtel black too. In august took a broadband connection for 45 days thru customer care. Cancelled 23/9 from same custumer care . Technician Surinder singh came on both times install and close Now billed

    Hi, @airtelindia. My number has been blocked because of non-payment of dues. When I try to make payment, it generates an OTP which goes to my blocked no. This is a vicious circle. Can't find a way to talk to your Customer Care Agent either. Pls help. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    The worst mistake of my life was switching from #Vodafone to @airtelindia. It's been almost a year now and the network has never been stable, internet connectivity has been poor and the cycle goes on and on every month. Fed up with this network, literally. @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet I am writing this the 3rd time about the connection problems faced very often and no responses. Few of my neighbours have already shifted to other broadband connection. There is no action taken till now.If this continues I will have to shift to other.@airtelindia
