@airtelindia After using your connection for 19 years, getting it disconnectd. It has become a night mare to get any issue resolved properly. Your backend team knows my wifi password. Logged a ticket for Microsoft teams issue, useless backend team reset my entire router config!

.@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence The broadband in my area has gone bonkers from past 6 days. I complained but your Technician just walks in, watches till it stops buffering & leaves. Find a solution plz, it’s pathetic as nothing works without buffering for more than 30mins.

What a weird inconvenience @airtelindia ? One airtel number is working fine overseas and the other has 2-3 hour delay in sms delivery and most incoming calls are not getting through. How in the world can one manage basic communication? It's been days, no resolution!!

@w_nirajjha @airtelindia @airtelindia without notifying CC is closing my request. Whenever I am calling they are saying it will take 5 to 7 days or give me 24 hours we will fix the issues. Since Monday I am keep calling them but till now no response. Why you are giving fake assurance to the customer.
