  @airtelindia **2/4** Fiber was finally installed on **16 July**, but the **DTH included in the same plan was NEVER installed**, despite numerous calls and follow-ups from my end. After repeatedly chasing Airtel for a service I had already paid for, I was left with no option but to call it off

  I’ll say it again: DON’T USE AIRTEL. Their 5G is nothing but a scam. Absolutely the worst experience, worst service, and worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Extremely disappointed with Airtel. Never recommending it to anyone. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I'm a postpaid Airtel Black user paying around ₹2,000 monthly for three mobiles and broadband. Sorry to say that Airtel's mobile services are poor in NCR, especially in Noida and Ghaziabad. Kindly take urgent action.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : As a customer of 20+ years, i will say that i am very disappointed. I tried calling, send message on social media but no one has even got the courtesy to respond back to me. I thought loyalty from Customer actually means something to Airtel.
