    @TechDekhoji @airtelindia My main reason for contacting Airtel customer care was to report the very slow internet speed at my home; I had informed them about the issue, but they did not listen to me at all. They did not even reply to my message.

    @airtelindia pathetic service. I have been facing issues with the wifi for the last 2-3 weeks. Cannot even raise a complaint through the app. And the customer care team wants to resolve the issue over the phone by “optimising” the router 2-3 times before registering complaint.

    Hello @airtelindia,I recharged my mobile number with the ₹349 plan, which includes unlimited 5G data. I am in a 5G coverage area, and my phone is showing 5G++ signal since this morning. However, my regular mobile data has been getting consumed instead of unlimited 5G data.

    @airtelindia Your systems suck .. your customer support is the worst .. they are so useless and pathetic.. they take 10-15 minutes to register a complaint and upon followup uo say that there was no complaint.. even your thank u app is useless. Clearly your IT team is in shambles

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi shifting requests were repeatedly cancelled. Your store took payment for a fiber connection that your engineer later confirmed isn’t available at my address. I then requested AirFiber transfer, but I still have no resolution or refund. Unacceptable.

    @airtelindia has one of the worst service airfiber service will never suggest anyone to use this, and the customer service is the another nightmare they are trying hard that you should not close the wifi connection, instead of solving wifi speed. Worst company @airtelindia
