    @airtelindia Did a recharge today morning. It failed. I called customer care , and was told I'll get refund. I did same recharge again hoping I'll get my money back, but somehow miraculously the first failed recharge was done AFTER my second recharge was successful. Solve this ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank retailer set my customer Id name to another person name. I contacted customer care several times but no response after email also. I want to change the name asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So, Can't see wifi bill on app: Says app broken. When I check tab: "service not working" - Says something seems broken. No direct link to raise a complaint. What to do ? This happens everytime. Fix the app or give a direct complaint link on app.

    @airtelindia Is this the best network of india.i have recharged my pack which includes 2GB data per day . But when it comes to usage ,I receive the 100% data Usage message only when 1GB data is consumed. Multiple times I have tried to reach airtel customer care but the call cuts.

    Trying to get our company name updated for corp connections @airtelindia since August. Surprisingly no response be it stores,email helpline,appellate,Ombudsman email ids. Customer service shifted to Twitter handles? Let's see if someone is interested here. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia why stop my outgoing call to say no balance even I recharge always unlimited call.wutb data recharge. And I do recharge also but still after 5 munit I not able to call it's very very bad and recharge cost is now to much higher it's wrong upgarde in value
