    & when I call customer care they explain me what change you should do in phone setting so that you don't lose extra data,i told them that I hv already done those setting since I am using 4g for many years......they replied @airtelindia @MIB_India @Anurag_Office

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic My 2022 resolution is May God give you ( Airtel) the sense to resolve customers issues and not loot them of their own money. Now plz don't reply as " we regret " plz send us the copies and all"" ... I did it 100 times . Useless customer care I've ever seen. Take 962rs as charity

    @airtelindia hi, I want to get a ESIM. For the same I have sent message to 121 and found that my email is not registered. Then I have registered it on airtel thanks app and also verified it. However, 121 message still says email is not registered. Please help me with this.

    Disgusting network by AIRTEL. I can't see videos, movies and can't make calls properly. And what a big surprise u know Airtel tower already in my villege but useless. We don't have jio tower near us but it's 1000 times better than Airtel. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I'm not understanding the customer benefit of removing small validity packs like 19, 49, etc. But I can understand company benefits of enforcing customer to do recharge of 99 just for getting SMS for a day for porting or other things. #Lootere

    Airtel texted me that maintenance has to be done from 2 am till 3 30am but it went out after 3:30am and till now my internet is not working. It is hampering my work. I am in my shift. Please let me know when it will be sorted. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
