    @airtelindia Airtel, if you worked on internet & network quality as much as you torture customers with recharge reminders, there would be no need for follow-ups. Poor service — neither internet works properly nor network stays stable, yet you talk about 5G.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    @desimojito Not only this despite being on an UL 5G plan my data got over while dl a sw update and @airtelindia didn't even bothered to respond to complaint. I had to recharge my other number for data that day as i was on the move most part of the day

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My network complaints are repeatedly closed without any resolution or communication. This is highly unethical and shows disregard for customers. Please address my issue instead of closing complaints without fixing the problem. Ref no. 11030395863.

    24+ hours crossed since my last complaint and still no proper response from @JioCare regarding my Jio AirFiber installation. Already paid ₹2222 and waiting for more than 20 days. Rectify this immediately or I’ll switch to @airtelindia .Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @airtelindia I have been using your sim since 2005, Never in my life have I felt this frustrated. What's the point of recharging the unlimited 5G plan when you stop your users from accessing the internet after only using 2GB. It's time to say bye.
