@airtelindia I registered a complaint of wrong billing to ex customer on 23-Nov-2020. After a hackathon of follow-ups with customer care and over email I received an email on 04-Dec that amount will be refunded max by 19-Dec, But even on 28-Dec it hasn't been done.

@airtelindia U people spends almost all of ur money to advertise 😑 Atleast use some of that for actually improve your network quality for you existing customers rather than showing on TV in search for new customer.
