    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of marketing strategy is this? Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first! Seriously disappointing. @jagograhakjago Please check your DM, for details.

    Airtel wifi must have to the worst service I've seen for any product! I've been calling their customer service for days now. My internet is not working. They keep telling me they they'll resolve it yet nothing happens!!! I don't know if it's like this everywhere in India but it's really bad in Kochi. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Someone has fraudulently used my Aadhaar to take an Airtel Wi-Fi/Fiber connection without my knowledge. The bill is also unpaid. I never authorized this connection. Please investigate the misuse of my Aadhaar, remove the dues linked to me, and take immediate action.

    @airtelindia AirFiber down again! Complaint 13922460810 was resolved temporarily, but since morning there’s no internet Airtel Thanks app complaint option and advisor call aren’t working. DM also unanswered. Please escalate and fix this permanently. #Airtel #AirFiber
