    Frustrating onboarding experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Ordered a new SIM online via Self-KYC, but the Thanks App throws an "Invalid SIM number" error. The store sends me to customer care, 198 tells me to visit the store, and email support sends canned responses.

    @Airtel_Presence Facing severe network issues & frequent call drops at Millennium Business Park (MBP), Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Many offices are affected, disrupting daily business. Please resolve this urgently or we will be forced to port out to another provider. @airtelindia
