@Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia , trying to raise a safe custody request from last 20 days, but every time someone from customer care gives an order id, but when I check the safe custody is not raised. Why such pathetic service, unable to raise through the thanks app also.

@airtelindia I haven't found any solution yet, every time I am told that you are using static IP which has been closed in March 2022 but its money is being deducted again and again. You are not doing the solution but again and again you are sending the engineer to my house 1/2
