    Same scenario near vasanth nagar, kphb. Raised complaint 3 times, they asked to share the location and I did. They closed the ticket after few days, saying it got resolved. Not callback to check/feedback. Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia You are taking huge monthly charges for wifi network after that your complaint solution team in ahmedabad is zero level, I am chartered accountants and file complaint before three days no solution from your side. Your team does not understand the urgency of people.

    Dear @TRAI, I am being given the runaround by @airtelindia, which is not solving the outage in my area for the last three days. Their call center is trying to sell me new plans instead of giving any information about the problem and its resolution. Tagging @JM_Scindia now.

    @airtelindia Very frustrating service by airtel. Without internet how can I use mobile? You have told me that till 31stJuly problem will be resolved. Surety?? Can you extend my validity double the day I am facing? When @reliancejio was giving free call and internet i stayed with you but now ?

    @ramjowrites @airtelindia @airtelindia even in Kondapur same issue. Night after 9 PM and morning after 11AM no network. Not sure when activates but disconnects at 11AM.
