What’s even more disappointing is that we have not received a single notification or update about this outage, whether planned or unplanned. Such a lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of basic professional standards.

I have already suggested a possible solution to your technical teams, but there seems to be little urgency in implementing it. Please let me know if this matter needs to be escalated to the CEO’s office. I would be happy to share the details and highlight the recurring service concerns.
