    After multiple complaints, internet speed is still very slow. I haven’t received any proper update from customer care either. Very disappointing service and poor support experience. Call on my number , not on my alternate number.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer support. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, please disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection, as I no longer wish to continue with such unsatisfactory service.

    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in Aya Nagar, New Delhi (Pin 110047) since yesterday. Your chatbot keeps looping and isn’t even generating a complaint number. Extremely poor support experience. Please fix this urgently.
