    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service by airtel, our complain no 10042376422 was raised on 26-05-2022 for no internet service on broadband and we were assured that it wil be resolved within 24hrs. Still no one has showed up nor no calls from airtel side.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dont do fraud adds to show that you care for customer. This is real face of airtel where in customer care they dont even allow to connect to talk to someone for resolution.

    @airtelindia what is the procedure to talk to customer care executives directly . Pathetic IVR experience . There is no way to talk to a live CUST care agent like it used to be earlier .
