@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but it was not deactivated and dues got increased. I get 10 to 15 calls per day from your customer service and as soon as I tell them that "I've already informed for deactivation, why you don't raise a ticket or something", they disconnect the call.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I'm bringing to your notice that I used to stay in Hyderabad and was using your broadband service. However I left Hyderabad permanently in the month of November clearing all the dues. Also called customer service for deactivation.

@airtelindia my no 8237866083 was showing invalid sim. after that i went to airtel store but they couldn't fix my problem. as it was showing documents mismatch. and in the system it was showing documents were right and same as given but still after 3 attempts they didn't fix it
