Incredible how much time Indians waste on mediocre #customerservice! @Airtel_Presence is THE worst that I've dealt w/ in that country. It's a case study on everything that's wrong; flits between ineptitude & harassment. Maybe @TMobileHelp can train idiots at @airtelindia! #fraud

@airtelindia : Second time in 3 months my SIM stopped receiving signals. First time I was told it was damaged. Hence switched to eSIM this time. Stopped working suddenly after working fine for 1.5 months again. Your customer support has no clue whatsoever. Any explanations?
