I don't remember the reason now but how can a sim suddenly go dead without a warning.. talked at a mobile shop & it seems to be a known thing that just happens.. Pathetic..and the customer support is going to call me before 3rd feb, raised the req a few days ago @airtelindia

@airtelindia 15 Jan ..I had done a recharge of 479 form your Airtel UPI and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge wasn't and after talking with your customer care I have waiting for my money return since 10 days.But it was also doesn't work so what can I do now.

@airtelindia @airtelindia I was sold Airtel Black Plan by your Sales Exec claiming 1 Month Free along with dth which has 1 Month Free too.I got a bill of Rs 1026 despite plan being free for 1 month. No resolution from your Customer Care.Resolve asap or face consumer court. Pathetic service
