    @airtelindia service request 656449184 was raised, we have received messages that customer was not available.. no calls received by us, we have tried calling back but no response on those numbers. Pl assist and assign service engineer

    2 days have passed since my complaint regarding the encrypted Xstream box & non-functional services, yet NO resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Only receiving phone calls with false assurances. A very sorry state of affairs for an Airtel Black customer since day 1!
