Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here? Either activate OR disconnect &stop billing.

Custcare doesn’t care shamelessly say for 100mbps plan expected is 50mbps always say complaint raised & tech will come tmrw (nevercomes). 100 Mbps plan gives ~50 Mbpsthat too inconsistent.
