    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. Been on the call since last 1 hour. We have informed that we have shifted the house, and this new building doesn’t support airtel, and they have been wasting our time by trying to convince us of not cancelling Airtel. INFURIATING.

    Airtel, this is absolutely unacceptable. My Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days, and despite sending multiple DMs, there has been no resolution. Is this the kind of service you plan to provide in Pune every monsoon? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I recharge my Airtel prepaid connection with the ₹979 plan, but the network service in the Khalapur–Khopoli area is extremely poor. There is no network coverage at all in this area, making it impossible to use calls, mobile data, or other services. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your DTH service is the abdolute worst service I have used. Just to disconnect my DTH connection, I have to constantly call your customer care for 45 days for no use.
