It was a BIG MISTAKE to use @airtelindia AIRTEL app to pay my electricity bill. It has been 4 days, amount got debited from my credit card and AIRTEL has NOT processed my electricity bill payment. Will never going to use Airtel services and cancelling my Airtel Xtreme Fiber too
