    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are quick to take the money but take ages when you’ve got to return in. My broadband connection never got fixed and so I had to cancel it at the Airtel store. He said I’d get a refund in 7-10 days, yet I have nothing yet

    Reported issue with complete details via email. Still I receive calls on a daily basis asking me to explain the issue. Service executives say that they don’t have access to the email I sent. Really?! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Mr @VittalGopal your company @airtelindia is cheating with customers as it's not giving the complete data that you have mentioned in plans. In fact if coustomer jas used half the data they said you have used 100%. Wtf is this sir. @ConsumerReports
