  @airtelindia Improve ur Wi-Fi network. It’s been month every 3-4 day there is problem in connection , and after complaining it’s takes 2-3 days to resolve it then again problem occurs.

  I want to disconnect my Airtel connection immediately. My experience with has been extremely disappointing. The service is poor, customer support is unresponsive, and it feels like customers are being misled instead of helped. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelindia ,your representative is saying, address will be included in upcoming infra update. question is when, here , 10000 citizens are affected due to poor/no network. This is the surroundings of Mumbai. Please do work as a private org.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Service request 11036607493 of 31.07.2026. Wifi down again in two weeks. Last time was a patch-up by service engineers without getting a new junction box. Now I am told to wait till 02.08.2026 for a service engineer! Fed up!

  @TRAI Everywhere. @airtelindia increases the pack price only. Never increase network coverage. Even at home I didn't get proper internet connectivity whereas the tower is just 100-200 meter away. Some time didn't get the call. Sometime unable to hear voice on call. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the most scamster company I've ever seen. Got a call from Airtel to recharge wifi from Airtel Thanks app, where it shows 1+1 month free, get 1 month free. Recharged exactly the same. Never got any free coupon. Now wifi is suspended after 1 month
