@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

So i raise a service request because of the network and Internet issues. You conveniently CLOSE the request, without doing anything at all, and ask me for feedback the same, which btw is chargeable to reply via SMS. Wow. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Shameless!
