    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and keeps saying customer service is unavailable. I also contacted the person who helped with the installation but he has no update. I work from home and this outage has completely disrupted my work since morning. Without any update or timeline, I am unable to inform my company.

    @airtelindia what's happening?? Did a unlimited 4G + 5G recharge because of 4G data consuming while still showing 5g.1099 recharge and still my speed has been downed by you? If it's limited then why to claim unlimited data that never get's over ?And i didn't use it for comercial

    @JioCare @JioCare I applied for porting from my previous provider to Jio, My order was placed on the 5th—it's been over 9 days now but the issue remains unresolved if not resolved— I may have to move to another provider @airtelindia, as Airtel might actually help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel AirFibre connection has been down since morning and there is no clarity on the issue. I tried reaching out through the chatbot but it was not helpful and did not provide any resolution. The IVR is also not working properly...

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    1 year has passed since I've made the payment and @airtelindia customer care is so shameful not returning my money. Asked me account statements multiple times, asked me transaction id multiple times but still i haven't received my money back. @JM_Scindia @jagograhakjago
