  @airtelindia How can a number used continuously since 2010 suddenly be blocked due to a KYC issue? It was even re-KYC’d successfully in 2017. Now we're being asked to either abandon the number or pay ₹884/month for postpaid. This is unacceptable. Please restore number. #Airtel

  Highly unethical behavior by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Field engineer 'Shubhash' deceitfully took OTP over call, falsely closed my router replacement ticket & raised an unauthorized shifting request without consent. Internet is totally down & he’s ignoring calls! Fix ASAP!

  @airtelindia Very poor service from you. Being a postpaid customer you people are only taking gst but not able to resolve the issue which was highlighted several times. The only thing i am getting that within 4hrs our team will get to you. But when ??? Poor service.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews However, when I checked my postpaid bill, I found that I had been charged for the entire 10-day roaming pack, even though the service worked for only the first 3 days. The remaining days were unusable due to a technical issue on Airtel's side.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Iam an Airtel customer for 15 yrs honestly, this level of service and support is very disappointing. Separate issue with Airtel postpaid network.I only get only 1–2 bars, and mobile internet barely works.I hvbeen complaining this for 1.5 YEARS, yet nothing has actually improved.

  @airtelindia i Port My airtel SIM your network is very poor I have an active 5G plan on my Airtel number, but 5G is not working even though my device and area support 5G. My daily data is getting exhausted because the phone keeps using 4G data I have already recharged with a 5G
