    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    What a disappointed. I have raised wifi issue on 4th July till now no action have been taken. New installation Airtel promise with 4 hours but after that no one takes responsibility @airtelindia #shashwatsharma

    @airtelindia airtelindia I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. Please investigate the accuracy of my data consumption records and resolve any discrepancy immediately. I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare no response yet, this is the level of service expected from you guys. Internet is sort of necessity currently under heavy rain circumstances in Pune. And noone from the teams seems to have any solution this small req. Time to switch to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i have been chatting with customer care since 9 am. It's been five hours still no resolution. How is this acceptable for a leading network provider and an Airtel black high paying customer. I have not been able to use my number since last night- need this sorted asap
