@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia we are using airtel fiber connection in tilak nagar, our office is shifted 1.5 km away this month and here no fiber connection available so airtel person installed normal wired connection and speed is too low so we are closing this connection now due to speed issue.
