@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

If you are in Thrikkakara kochi and planning to take a broadband connection please don’t go with @airtelindia #xstreamfiber terrible service and if there is rain then definitely you won’t get a stable connection. Had to register 5 times with in a month and
