@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

and after that same problem will be going on by Vi. I was suppose to move to @JioCare but I had internet issue in my area and they had not resolved that issue since Apr 2020. So I've decided to move with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as their service is far better in my area 3/4

Had possibly the worst call with your Social media team. I complained about the incessant collection calls, but instead your Social media guy - Kapil, yelled at me, told me lies and threatened me that my connection will be disconnected. Incredible. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
