    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    @airtelindia Airtel is so wrapped up in congratulating itself for 5G rollout, that no one bothered to check existing services going to the proverbial dogs. 24 hrs have elapsed: no internet, Broadband, landline outage Lajpat Ngr1, F block. HUGE hit on studies, work. SR#10088532462

    @airtelindia Bharti Mittal investing in 5G when cannot handle the existing 4G and Home Broadband. Net down the entire day. What a Bogus service provider. Airtel as usual Incompetent... RECKLESS AND SHAMELESS.
