@airtelindia First, sales guy lied to me and instead of Airtel black 1598 plan, he customized the plan that had cost me extra INR 400/month. Now, the Airtel store guy (Sec-119, Noida) lied. Circle change is a 5w days process and I was told 24 hrs. Can someone listen and support?

@raghavmodi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think companies like these take advantage of the fact that we’re too busy to take them to court. They count on never dealing with anything more than just a few tweets or emails. There should be ways to make them accountable for such harassment
