    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia I requested a new broadband connection on 26/3, and was informed I'll receive a call in 4h, and the new connection will be installed in 24h. After 7 calls over 5 days to 121, I'm told my request is not registered. This is how you treat your (Airtel Black) customers?

    @airtelindia my broadband connection disconnected. Have a look. Local service engineers didn't respond. Red light appears in Router. No dial tone.

    JIO FIBRE has taken advance of 3 month and now asking to pay bill of 1257 in 3rd month itself. Do not take JIO connection, all are liar and provide wrong information to customer. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I'm not able to talk to the customer care . Very pathetic experience. When I call 121 it is not allowing me to talk to the customer care instead it asking some useless information, and it is telling the data balance which I already know. Please respond @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Seeing no network since yesterday afternoon, and reaching out to your gallery today, they say your sim is physically damaged because everyone's network is back! What sense does this make? Network went of because of the issue your end and it is still not working!

    @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence your network service is very poor. I have total 54 Airtel connections but due to your poor response and network service I've been force to switch to another service provider. You are only good in fake advertisements only.
