    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you! The issue was resolved. The number was converted from postpaid to prepaid successfully! If only the earlier 198 customer care representative & people at Airtel Care center were knowledgeable & less involved in blame-game, this would have been a better experience.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Very poor service and customer care in giving new broadband connection. Waiting for last five days. Advance 1500 taken by the airtel rep and now stopped taking calls or messages. No procedure to lodge Complaint on 121. Requesting all friends to avoid airtel.

    @airtelindia Hey there, Why don't I see video calling option on my LG G8X with airtel SIM? Is it your problem or @LGIndia 's? FYI, I am getting the aame with Jio SIM. You guys better figure it out soon, whoever is responsible.

    @airtelindia Pleaee enable VOLTE support for Pixel 2 XL. The phone has the capability and so does your network. All you need to do is give your blessing.

    @airtelindia I am getting 8mbps upload speed on my 499 40mbps plan. Also the download speed drops every now and then. By when can you fix this, increase upload and make download speed consistent?
