    @Airtel_Presence The Chat module in the Airtel app doesn’t allow a customer to write about any subject not listed in the limited menu options. Ridiculous!!     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare Dear Airtel Team I have been unable to use mobile internet on my device for over 3 weeks, as it consistently connects only to the EDGE network. Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.

    @airtelindia I have given up on you! Around two months back I raised a request for a static IP configuration. In a couple of days the modem was reconfiguredbut i lost internet completely. Then started a series of trial and full of errors. A thread 🧵
