    Airtel xtream very poor service in haldwani no field supprot... Field person never respond of phone calls in every second day internet service disturbed... I am suffering frome morning noone reciveing calls😭😭😭.. So poor #AirtelDown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    And everytime we were calling to customer care only people are saying we understand your problem and escalate your issue . It's been more than 18hrs we don't have internet connection and we called 8 times till now . And same response. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I'm really disappointed by the brand's ethical approach. Why are you keep increasing tariff rates? Earlier it was 69 then 99 and now 155. I just don't understand. I think this is really unprofessional. I'm thinking of terminating my service.
