    @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia I have done all the efforts to get the solution for the said issue. Surprising to see that the tower is damaged from 31 may 2021 and still company is not interested to repair the equipment in 9 months. Finally converted the airtel sim MNP to Jio.

    @airtelindia The team refuses to provide me with solution amd email where I could make a complain of the guy who on purpose is harassing a customer ,Kindly help . Where do I complain of mails not being reverted no help to resolve issue for broadband ?
