    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - tried to reach customer care at 121. I was not allowed to connect customer care rather given a complaint no which is expected to resolve after 8 days. In case of emergency I need to wait for atleast 8 days. It shows not worried of customer problem

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2 facts check 1) we were demanded 1500 instead of 1700 for getting our new sim. 2) the service is prepaid instead of postpaid.
