    Hey @airtelindia my broadband cable has gotten disconnected probably cos the cable got damaged due to a short circuit and fire in the electricity pole. Can you please help it get fixed ASAP... can't work without internet at all 🙏🙏

    An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos

    @airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

    @airtelindia It is ironical despite of a credit balance of ₹1863/- on my prepaid account- 8283868131 the company is not permitting me to utilise the balance to recharge a pack of my choice. Would any one from the company help resolve the issue. Refer my in responsed mails.

    @airtelindia Sitting at airtel customer care centre in Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur. Need to send one port message but they are saying that I have to do a recharge of rs 129 even to send a single sms. Is this not loot?? @reliancejio Plz help. Need to send port message.

    @airtelindia I had a terrible experience with still pending installation of Airtel Wifi. It has been rescheduled thrice with all advance payment done. Hi Gaurav kumar, we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-164286576994 has been rescheduled.

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.
