    @airtelindia I lost my sim. I want to block it . I have fircopy for this . When I am calling to your service they are not responding and also I have visited the store inpatia kiit chowk theyare behaving like hell. Teach your staff how to deal with customer. And block my sim ASAP

    Shame on you @airtelindia and @reliancejio , from last 48+ hourrs gokul township virar west is not getting simcard signal, we are not getting single message about when this issue get resolve. Worst and poor service by such big players

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer service is basically a ghosting simulator. Reach out, get left on read, repeat. At least be honest and remove the 'support' from your handle.
