    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’ve been repeatedly reporting serious network issues since mid-April through 198, but there has been no resolution yet. At my location in Newtown, Kolkata, full 4G/5G signal shows, but during calls VoLTE drops, voice breaks/no audio, and mobile data stops working. This happens on every call and even outside my building. Being a postpaid customer, this level of service is disappointing. If this continues unresolved, I will have no option but to port out. Kindly escalate this on priority. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi & postpaid, I raised a service request to close wifi on 1st May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Why not shift the postpaid as well to Jio?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    @MasoomPatthan @airtelindia They don't care about anyone.. customer service is the biggest scam .. designed in such a way that you will give up eventually. And they will market as the best service.. they run a scam.

    Day 4: Still no resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Air-Fiber (A/c 20029123057) has a severe "Flapping" issue—works for 5 secs, dead for 5 mins. ​Instead of fixing, team gives 4G coverage excuses. Need a senior engineer onsite NOW! #AirtelDown #AirtelAirFiber

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working since last 5 days and when ever i call airtel black support team they say your request is in progress but its in progress from last 5 day. Airtel black is working worse than BSNL support

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and I should “adjust” or surrender the connection. Is this the level of service expected from a reputed company like Airtel? I’m paying for both WiFi & TV services, yet I can neither work from home nor watch TV properly. This is unacceptable.
