    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @baxiabhishek @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Request you to please work on your xstream dth. It is the worst product which I have seen in my life. Standard or HD box is far far better than xstream. Is there any procedure to degrade from xstream to HD or lower one. I hv called customer care but.

    These are legitimate conversations I had with Airtel Customer Support over the past few days. Legitimate. I am done with @airtelindia My mom, my father, my sister, everyone uses Airtel. No one will in the next 2 weeks. Your replies on social media are also unhelpful.

    @ThatNaimish Faced these issues with @airtelindia myself and been stuck in similar situations desperate for internet. As much as I hate Vodafone network in india, it has the best international roaming I've seen.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Again facing same issue. Both Broadband and all Airtel 4G SIM cards are not working. Unable to do anything due to this complete blackout. No Resolution provided after explaining my issues to Social Media Team multiple times for the last 13 months @airtelindia
