Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have observed couple of times and now also am facing issues with internet 4-5 days before my pack expire . I tried reaching customer support but and raised complaint through Airtel app but issue is not fixed.

Airtel kindly burn down your call centre offices or departments which takes care of complaints against your worst network. Because all they can do is send a text saying WE will work on the same and never really work. @airtelindia
