    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I recharged my number for Rs 399 which offered Jio Hotstar subscription but now I am unable to login and am asking to recharge for Rs 79 again. Airtel has also closed the option to call customer care, what should I do?

    @airtelindia No internet connectivity from 6pm, 13-May for Airtel Black ID 10101024612220. Your app bot isn’t even registering a complaint. Completely broken support. This is impacting my work. Fix this immediately or escalate to someone who can. Urgent resolution needed NOW.

    @airtelindia ₹199 recharge got applied twice on my number today. Instead of queueing the second recharge for next month, benefits got merged immediately. Unable to connect with customer care as well. Please help and check the issue.
