Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

In My mobile the mobile data is not working even though I had 4g balance for yearly subscription I had tried all the ways it's not working I had contacted customer care they are saying wait till 21st July but I can't I had my data plan but it's not working @airtelindia

Airtel has the worst connection in Kolkata region. In 1.5 months, raised 4 tickets for internet issues the latest one being 4 days back. Till today, the line is not active. All they know is how to woo people to take service @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
