Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence FRAUD alert!! Ported to airtel prepaid, the person (Kundan) who visited my place to give new sim took money for a higher recharge value but recharged on a lower value. Calling customer care didn't help either. #Cheater #fraud #airtel

So apparently now @airtelindia does not let you speak to customer care executives if you don't have an active plan, turns out my issue itself was about recharge not being processed even after amount getting deducted. #badservice #timetoswitch
