Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

Nice words from customer care is as good as waste paper. I have no hopes on Airtel DTH unless customer compromise on Quality

@airtelindia priority support is an absolute joke. I request a call back noone cares. I open a ticket no one cares. I call customer care for assistance they say wait for someone to contact you. I get a call for Ticketid4532284970 after 24 hours. gets closed without anyhelp.

Hi have complained to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about my sim issue and they asked me to DM them. I did and they asked about my issue and I explained it to them. After that they stopped communicating. Such an unprofessional costumer service from Airtel. I will be porting soon.
