Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia using airtel FTTH at Clement town dehradun. Inspire of all links availability on modem net is net working however phone is working. The concerned person is disconnecting pone for service. Where is ur promise to resolve every concern.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia did you guys decide to fix everyone's internet but mine? Got a message saying that the connection has been restored and when the airtel app says that there is some issue. You have the most inefficient customer service I've seen to date.
