    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can you give a commitment on resolving this 4 month old issue? A tentative date would do. I believe you should be atleast capable of coming up with an estimated time for fixing this, given the size of your customer base.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence yesterday I take two Sims 1 for sim lost and other for sim as sim deactivated . From local airtel store . He cost me 100 per sim. I told him that this service is free but he told me that it is not you can ask in company... is that true....

    @airtelindia please install DSL for application #0803522042, for which payment was done on 24th April. A lot of hunger btill payment and no drive thereafter! Poor customer Experience.

    @airtelindia doesn’t like their customer s to port to other operators.ported my family plan numbers to @reliancejio. payments were clear. Later they asked to pay few more amount for the duration which took in porting. Paid everything but still number is barred @Airtel_Presence
