  @airtelindia My SRN is 129732558. The technical team has asked us to change the cable into Fiber, without which the services cannot resume. We don't want to call a technician at home in these unprecedented times. After escalating, the service supervisor has no resolution.

  Never ever buy @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sim. Worst mistake of my life.Had my number port into airtel 4 days ago.But their customer service is the worst.Not even got the recharge Which the operator promised to give during port. Please help asap. @TRAI please notr my complaint
