    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    It has been 3 days since my broadband service is down after your maintenance @airtelindia . Multiple calls and support ticket have been raised but not resolution. Absolutely garbage. 2 of my service are up for renewal and will surely cancel them both.

    @airtelindia Hi , I just wonder this issue not resolved and I told to airtel customer care in many calls that deactivate my account . But still it’s not deactivated and showing overdue . Lol am not using Wi-Fi and no airtel partner came to shift connection. Why this much loot?

    Very disappointed with Airtel Wi-Fi service. I requested closure of my Wi-Fi connection over a month ago, yet Airtel failed to process the disconnection and has now charged me for another month despite not using the service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite having an unlimited data plan, my internet stops working after a mere 2GB. I am extremely frustrated with this pathetic service. Please look into this urgently and have a senior executive call me!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Airtel Fiber on 12th June. Due to local connectivity issues, it is still not installed. Order is neither completed nor cancelled, and my refund has not been initiated. Please check your DM, cancel this request, and refund my money.

    The biggest issue is the complete lack of access to a human customer care executive. Customers are trapped in endless AI bot conversations while urgent issues remain unresolved. When customers pay for services, they deserve real support when something goes wrong. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India Despite raising multiple complaints and following up repeatedly, there has been no resolution, no update, and no accountability from the Airtel support team. This prolonged outage is affecting my work and daily activities.
