Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence I NEED A REFUND! My neighbor who's paying 799 plan, got the new black box of #airtel while we are paying 999 plan, & we were given the old white router box that doesn't work & has signal issues. This is how incompetent #Airtelindia is. No internet till now.

Dear @airtelindia , if you dont have postpaid service in any city please dont ask for payment for get new connection. I paid Rs 499 for new connection 3 day back. Sim not yet converted into postpaid. ticket id- 41-35091005973 #airtelpostpaid #worst

@airtelindia Hi, had switched to airtel from another service in June. Had complained & tweeted that i am being forced to use a post paid service. Was typically advised to DM & the issue will be looked up. 4 mths still no change or response from airtel.
