@airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

After 2 days of wasted hours, numbers' been switched to prepaid, but the idiots never told me that unless I keep charging the numbers every month or so (something called validity period), it'll disconnect! Like WTF? #CustomerExperience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtel
