    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You seriously need to improve your customer service. I expected at least a callback today after sharing my phone numbers immediately after your reply. Disappointing to see no action or update even after repeated follow-ups.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My wifi connection has been interrupted for last 10 hours. All of your complaint mechanisms are failed to issue a complaint no. , who would pay for my subscription hours that you are failed to deliver. Please resume the service as well.

    @airtelindia Raised IPTV installation request on 2nd May, and even after 13 days it’s still pending. Contacted customer care multiple times, got only 24-hour assurances and no proper response even after emails. Very disappointing customer service. Thinking of shifting to @JioCare

    After multiple complaints, internet speed is still very slow. I haven’t received any proper update from customer care either. Very disappointing service and poor support experience. Call on my number , not on my alternate number.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    70 complaints registered with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but zero resolution! Me & 20 of my colleagues are completely fed up with this pathetic network & internet connectivity. Patience has crossed its limit. Decided to port out all our SIMs together.#AirtelDown #NetworkIssue

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have closed my Airtel black connection last month, My IPTV and router both are picked up by you and still in my Airtel thanks app under my service IPTV showing as suspended, may I know the reason why it's still showing?
