  @airtelindia My airfiber is giving less than 10mbps, none of your customer service number are picking up calls, phone numbers given on Airtel thanks app are dead and not in use, 24x7 chat help is useless as I have raised this issue 10 times and no one shows up. Please fix this

  Now they say: “No disconnection request exists. Pay first to raise one.” So customers are forced to pay even when service fails? @airtelindia explain this.
