Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia a Few days ago I tweeted regarding your problem when electricity gets cut off your network too gets cut off and now the whole data network is cut. Woww. You claim airtel network is in Himalayas but first try to provide to a basic city.

Your customer Care Service is not able to solve this problem after that he take a complaint to repair the network with amout 150, This problem is from your side why I pay?

@airtelindia Why testing for 5G when you even can't provide 4G network properly Worst network connectivity in our area Gali no.6,Kabir nagar Delhi-110094 All we have to do is go to balcony if we have to make any calls Jio is much better then airtel in network connection
