    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you need to solve your customer support . I did my re-kyc from Mumbai and they did some name mistake, I didn’t do due diligence as I was in illusion that I have shared my Aadhar and it will be according to Aadhar .

    @airtelindia broadband is down in Pune for the last 18+ hours. The service is down so often @TRAI every month this service goes for a toss for over 30% of the time. I don't understand why do we pay monthly fees when we should be paying a company like airtel by the hour we used it

    @airtelindia what are you doing, in my location your wifi service are worse. In every months your wifi disconnect for 6 hr in every 2 days in a weeks . I have 3 connection in 3 km area 1 connection running properly but another 2 connection are problematic, please do the needful.

    @airtelindia I posted a ques to Airtel on 28th July abt my network connection is Unstable and unable to download and work with. Bt as of today 22.8.26, airtel has not bothered to respond nor rectify the issue. when will Airtel will give real smooth network connections?
