    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel broadband NOT WORKING since day before yesterday. Raised complaint. Issue not resolved yet. Work is stuck for 2 days in a row due to this. Request to look into it ASAP. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia don’t know what’s happening… raised a complaint that not able to receive sms… and now the calls also added… Pls rectify asap.. at this critical stage needs the sms and call service
