  Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

  @airtelindia no internet since 7pm yesterday at my apartment. Can't raise complaint from your app and the guy who installed the connection doesn't seem to care. Such a long downtime is not acceptable. What should we do? - move to ACT?

  One of WORST JIO customer care experience I had with @JioCare representative name Shubham. Jio services r worst and their customer services is HORRIBLE. I’m using @airtelindia internet connection n never had any issues with them. But with #JIO it’s now and then you face prblm 😡

  Converted to Postpaid -> Faced VoLTE issue -> Raised complaint -> Now SIM has No Service / Emergency Calls only. Ticket SLA shows 7th Aug which is unacceptable for an active Postpaid number.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
