    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia why occasionally does ur net suddenly starts "snoozing" at night. ? This is the third time in a week I'm facing this 'net blackout', post midnight, inspite of having a postpaid connection. Looks like the company is saving money by switching off data. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @airtelnews why your sim card not working and having no tower after certain time be it ios or android? is it time for port due to poor service from your end? SLA is 15 days to resolve an issue even your ivr does not allow to speak to human? is it cost cutting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I'm very disappointed with ur service as my Airtel sim stopped working w/o any notification in midnight. Airtel CCE asked me to visit the store but I am unable to go there due to my office work. I requested you to please send s1 to replace sim.

    @airtelindia Bad experience. Switched to Airtel Black Postpaid (9799918797) and fraudulent fees like ISD call charges being added to bill. Customer care is no help. Using this Airtel number since 12 years. Prepaid was better.
