    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    @airtelindia I'm sending the person in-charge who was using such bad words and asking to cancel the account but saying we can't fix the internet issue. Below is his details: Name: Karthikeyan Number: 9821583791 Importantly saying not to call him for any incident.

    For almost 10 days now. And nobody giving same answers. @Airtel_Presence probably has the worst team with the most vague replies and nobody ready to have a telephonic conversation with me to understand my problem. @airtelindia i will be honored if I get a call from you. Thanks

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel I have disconnected my broadband connection on 29-Jan-2022. Its been 50days still didn't get any refund or any call from airtel. My next legal step will be contacting your nodal officer if my issue is not resolved within 24hrs.(1/2)

    @airtelindia We're facing network issue for past four days. We have contacted the technician team they're not responding on resolving the issue rather saying if you want cancel the service but unable to resolve the issue. Is this way to react such complaints?

    @airtelindia We're using Airtel internet for over of 5 years but never came on such incident. Cancelling the account and moving ahead with ACT.
