@airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia Hi Team, I bought new OPPO find X2 Lite mobile . Network not connected while calling. VoLTE is not showing in my mobile. Recently ported my SIM from JIO to Airtel. Please sort out this issue .

@airtelindia pathetic service, it has been more than 24 hours but my xstram fibre account hasnt been reactivated, I have put it in safety box. Customer care is helpless even conforming the payment received. Irony is they avtivate the account within 4 hrs for new connection.
