    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia on daily basis I am facing slowness issue with airtel wifi. Restarting modem is also not solving the issue.. pls help otherwise disconnnect. Let me move with other service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Other companies solved my issues in days. With Airtel 4+ months and still no fix. Complaints closed, data wasted, calls dropping. Recharge expires by 1 day and service stops instantly, but customers wait months for network issues to be fixed. Why?

    @airtelindia I am facing issues in the Airtel bill. On email, no response received yet and on 121 call it is a very big task to reach customer care personnel.

    @airtelindia Paid for a new Wi-Fi connection on 29 May 2026 and was promised installation by 31 May. It's now been over 4 days with no installation and no meaningful update. Support only says it's "escalated to the highest level." Very disappointing service
