@airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia the network coverage in mumbai is appalling. I don’t get network in my house or office. Have filed multiple complaints from the app. Each time it’s closed with no resolution or response.

@TRAI @airtelindia the number is almost a decade old and now there is a sim problem , so you will charge customer???? I asked the store manager that why it is not working, he said “ sometimes it happens “ and you want customers to pay for this ???
