@airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

Why telecom companies issued someone's old number which got inactive to new customers. New customers continuously receive calls of old customer's contacts. It is really very problematic @airtelindia @reliancejio

@gargp0219 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pratik, best option would be to kick out airtel as their service is pathetic and dealing with them is a nightmare. Their customer service and technical team is highly incompetent and bunch of jokers. Go for any local service provider in ur area. They are much better!

@airtelindia Why are you unnecessarily changing bill plans and billing cycles without the acknowledgement of the customer? Even after raising the disconnection request another bill is generated? Why such pathetic billing system and customer service?

@Airtel_Presence I am a proud and a tortured customer Of Airtel 1 plan. My bill is 3555 I was late in payment so they closed all services.I have paid 3700₹ but stil all off.Its still showing 695₹ difference.Nobody responding frm 20 days solve ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Go for any local service provider in your area or wait for local service to begin. Trust you will have mental peace!
