    @airtelindia Not able to watch the ott apps when I get some free Times. Very frustrated with the network off yous. First correct the 4G then go for the 5g network.

    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia pathetic response from airtel CSRs regarding services...internet not working since yes'day..made repeated complaints...each time i call..they say technician will visit soon..waited yes'day till 8 pm and today whole day..no sense of commitment with decade old customer
