Several times i have raised service request. Engineer will not visit and remotely he will say I have checked and wifi will start. Again same issue

However no action is taken. No human contact on your customer care. Have to connect my @airtelindia mobile to connect internet.

adarsh (@gh4nti) reported@airtelindia this is truly pathetic. i'm barely getting any 5G coverage, despite my area having good 5G support. i have to manually switch back to 4G every time, which is time consuming and i have missed so many assignments because of it. will be switching to jio.

Weren’t you at least supposed to send a push notification ahead of time? How will WFH employees manage on a working day?
