And now, again, just like the roads of India, even your wires seem to get damaged far too often. If you can’t do your job efficiently, let me know.     My @airtelindia WiFi is not working I tried everything to register a complaint and get a technician to my home but the ****** ui tries to fix ut itself but at the end it couldn’t . Why I’m paying you when you can’t simply connect me directly with technical. Bullshit

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence charged. Called your CC, the CC rep (Ms. Mitra) tool the request for downgrading the plan but refused to take the request for refund. If this is how you treat a long time customer with a all-in-one Black plan, God knows how you will treat other customers. 2/2

    @IndianTechGuide @airtelindia that's why ported to @reliancejio airtel such pathetic service. rates are very similar but the other little perks Jio gives is very good. these airtel chors don't even allow you to purchase standalone data packs without a base pack.
