  Dear @airtelindia I hd raised issue over broadband on July 18th. By 20th they were to close that. But till today 22nd July no person has visited my site. Even call to customer care is pending still. Let me know should i wait or take further action? Thanks

  @airtelindia is such a pathetic man, Having *UNLIMITED 5G* in my pack, network signal shows I'm in the 5G network coverage area, still I'm not able to use internet after 2gb of regular data, because as per them, UNLIMITED 5G is only valid in 5G coverage area. Aree you kidding me...

  @airtelindia your engineer visited , didn't fix the issue saying raise another complaint. Internet is down since yesterday , complaint details 11035853970 and 11035802024. Engineer contact number assigned is- 07942520170. Talk to him and give him some customer facing training !

  @TRAI Everytime. @airtelindia in my phone showing 5g but data balance deducted by 4g , 2.5gb per day data . Wroste ever service I experienced.

  Shifting from @reliancejio to @airtelindia after 5 years. Jio providing worst network and their customer support system is more worst than their network.
