    @airtelindia The network connectivity is extremely poor, especially inside buildings and on certain stretches of the road. The 5G network frequently drops to 4G, and even the 4G connection is often unstable. Please investigate the coverage and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have not even come to my home to check what the underlying problems are with the IPTV. Today is the 4th day and no one has come to my home or contacted me for the issue. Your carelessness, laid back attitude and unethical practices is shameful.

    I got tired with this previous complaint. Went to the store. The executive guaranteed that it’s removed and I need not worry. This month again I have the same exorbitantly high bill. Complaint no: 31-1000015455617 Call back ID: 1-2GK6D77OD It says resolved. How? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the service. My prepaid SIM was delivered only after repeated follow-ups, but it is still not activated. I emailed customer care asking for the activation timeline and whether any action is needed from my side, but received no response.
