    @airtelindia Poor customer service. Have complained about SMS service not working on my number before. No resolution so far. Even the IVR service of airtel doesn't allow speaking to the agent nowadays. Really pathetic. Mob. No. : 96282 22474

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you costumer care is worst and the people sitting on complaint table they are mannerless, unprofessional I'll share a recording of your costumer care who can't solve a network issue from last 1 month. worst service and network by airtel #shameful

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia Just want to bring to your notice that From last 8 months I am facing frequent call drops. Raised multiple complaints, but absolutely no improvement of service. This is hampering my business communication. Please look into this.
