    Your service executive was came to my home, on 24th Jan,error code 01,then card insert properly msg,he rubbed some salt on Viewing card,channels R showing fine next day it stopped till today,no responds from customer care,looted by 150rs @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Xtreme video content is very good, but the Xtreme set top box is a pain. It gives weird error codes once in 2 weeks and you can’t watch anything until you call up customer care and many times a ticket and 24hrs waiting. My ticket 36412545

    My grandfather passed away recently and his card got deactivated. So when approached Airtel Gallery i am suggested to bring the card owner (who is dead) or convert it to postpaid. Is this the kind of service airtel promisee towards its customers?? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare still facing similar issue. Need to turn on off airplane mode just to send a text message over whatsapp. I end up doing this atleast 200 times a day. Really frustrating. Giving up my Jio connection soon. @airtelindia do you have a better deal and cust. Service to offer ?

    @airtelindia ₹90 is chrg for Incoming Call while Intl Roaming at Belgium. But @dhanashri_shah says thr ws no Incoming Call. So why r u chrging her ₹90 intermittently? Pls chk she has given ample proof to show u the chrgs. Cud u pls explain it to her? Issue is being faced by her, not me.
