    @airtelindia i topped up my account balance with 5000rs 2 years back and used this balance to Activate plan now i have 700 rs balance left and not able to use to activate plan. Instead your cc is saying to do 99 recharge so as to get 1pasia/second call what **** is this !

    @airtelindia What a **** if i had known that u will change the rule 2 years back then I wouldn't have recharged my account with this balance. And also if i had done so whats a big deal i am paying you the amount equivalent to your recharge plan. You should provide the service

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I recharged with Rs 999 plan bt speed is very slow already lodged a complaint also engineer said our router is 1band so change it to new one so that i will get speed.I asked for router change on 7 feb but till date I didn't get new router my SR 000018q48m.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so paid this month bill also today i.e. 17th Feb and tried to download the receipt for same for my broadband connection but problem still persist in your "Thanks" app (or Thankless app if i may call so) as in receipt it is now showing Feb21 receipt
