The call drops and cross connections were okay but now in the time of lockdown where almost everything is Online having 20KB/s speed is last thing we want.. Switching back to @airtelindia

Raised service request with Airtel for my DTH issue. Complaint was logged with ref no. 40960905 on April 18. This is now closed saying resolved. @airtelindia can you pls look into this? Service sucks and that too for a platinum customer. #airtelservicesucks
