    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I live at Sasthana, Udupi District. Here there are 10000 plus people in this area. Jio and VI are very good but airtel network is pathetic. I have raised so many complaints, you people just send provisional messages to the phone. Add a tower. Asap.

    @airtelindia if airtel unable give proper service. We are moving to Vodafone.they are giving best service compare with. Airtel loosing his brandness due to service.

    @airtelindia I have not been receiving OTP messages on my number, have tried disabling dnd through app and 121 customer care. But haven't succeeded. Please look into it. (While the app and call support is fine, there should also be an option to talk to humans, in certain cases)
