    @airtelindia since last 3 days I'm running pillar to post to disconnect DTH service..no heed paid...every dept transfers to other airtelblack airteldth no one taking responsibility. Worst service!

    @airtelindia really frustrated with the service, I want a disconnection of airtel black account. Payments have been made yet is not being activated. Our whole business network and landlines are down. Shame at airtel. Customer service is pathetic and provide no resolutions.
