  @airtelindia really disappointing service. I have paid the full amount for a new WiFi service, however, it has not been installed yet. Infact your people have stopped picking up calls. This is thuggery.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took the wifi connection yesterday and after 3 hr it stopped working and now its been 14 hrs no internet in my house. My son online classes impacted, my wfh impacted but no action from airtel. What a pathetic customer service?

  @airtelindia Pathetic state of affairs for getting broadband connection. 5 times rescheduled. Engineer doesn't pick call nor calls back. Sales person says "engineer doesn't pick my call too" The app chatbot is a joke. Doesn't have this section. Of zero help. Doesn't have a customer service number. If you can't get it done today, please refund me. Promised since Sat. order ID 21-170830529617

  3/3 To my surprise, customer care called and advised me to cancel my subscription because Airtel is allegedly unable to provide a connection, even though there are already 4–5 Airtel connections in my building. Even repeated escalations have not helped. @airtelindia #Airtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We live in a village where the Airtel network goes down whenever there is a power cut for 4–5 hours due to no generator backup at the tower. Villagers are facing serious issues. Please resolve this urgently.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Twice my complaints were closed without resolution. Weak indoor signal, unusable internet and call drops still continue. Closing complaints won't fix the network. Stop marking issues as resolved when they are not.

  @airtelindia what is this behaviour , I recharged for unlimited 5g internet as advertised on 349rs plan ,I do have 5g handset and 5g network reception in my area , but 5g data being used from the 2gb quota and once it got over it stopped working , so where is the unlimited 5g?
