    @airtelindia where is the option to cancel the subscription? Your app / chat bot doesn't show the option to cancel. I have moved to a different location and took airtel digital TV subscription, but you don't let me cancel my old subscription and keep generating bill. It's frustrating and I'm not gonna recharge and will take it to legal for dark pattern pratice

Still Pending, Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

    @airtelindia I had purchased UPS for wifi router last year. It's no longer holding charge at all. 0 percent. Where to raise the complaint? There is no option in app which bunch of ai chat crap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using the *699 Airtel Infinity Family Postpaid plan with unlimited 5G in Rohini, Delhi, but my internet has become completely unusable. Despite full 5G signal, I'm getting only 0.06 Mbps download speed. I've already used around 160 GB this month

    I have a frequent auto-call disconnect when dail a number of landline Haryana circle which begins with 0130. So, I was not able to connect the call when I dail from Vi network I m able to connect the call.Its for the contact number +91 9963033312. Kindly resolve the grievance.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @cneuralnetwork Has anyone faced this issue? @airtelindia adding new paid channels to your DTH plan without your consent or request? I have been noticing this for a year now...When complaint is raised this simply close it without a resolution.
