@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very very poor bandwidth in the shared location.. Tower is beside my home... Still.. I have 3 Connections here.. I can't even tweet.. I am on official work.. Needed internet connectivity. Can't buy jio or vodafone now.

Now someone called me from social media team and says I've to wait for 30 days which is exactly what was hidden from me for the sale which means I'm cheated for a sale. This is the SOLUTION they offered to me. Thanks a lot @airtelindia for your services will switch asap

You'd think the matter should end here but no. @airtelindia has basically cut outgoing despite the fact that the dues have been cleared and the last date for clearing the dues was on July 8. I know @ViCustomerCare is ridiculously poor in service but so is airtel

Hi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia - On account of poor service from Vi, my mother had ported out of the network in March - Usually porting happens post clearance of all dues but here apparently there was still a pending amount
