@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very very poor bandwidth in the shared location.. Tower is beside my home... Still.. I have 3 Connections here.. I can't even tweet.. I am on official work.. Needed internet connectivity. Can't buy jio or vodafone now.

@airtelindia Do you deliberately obfuscate your Customer Care or is it the result of incompetence? And your Airtel App is a study in circles. It doesn't let me change my data plan - and refers me to Customer Care which in turn refers me back to app.

Let alone resolution they dont even send technician for WIFI device inspection & their technicians block calls if asked about visit.
