    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The request no. for your Airtel_kk is 139162222. Frequent disconnection for let 15 days. Today lineman confirmed “ there will be disconnection of this kind as it is copper line. Nothing can be done. Go for disconnection”. Is this the solution??

    @Airtel_Presence 2:30 pm one of your technician came and said installation wasn't done properly last time that's why it's giving problem, he said engineer will come in 20 minutes. Nobody came and when I called, he said will come tomorrow at 12pm.great service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Thaks @airtelindia you so called premium black services. I am not able to use the broadband services of yours since 36 hours you support team told it will be get closed nothing happened even after more then 36 hours. Ticket raised yesterday with ticket id #10038456118
