Looks like a false narrative to me. Moreover Megha promises a call back and escalation but cannot give timescales or a guarantee that I will 2/n

    @airtelindia From 397/21 Panchkula. Got your new connection day before yesterday but in 2 days worst experience.Your team responsible for 30 days maintenance not responding. No wifi & hence any service since yesterday. 121 number also not sending anyone. Have not seen worst.
