I was a loyal customer of airtel till today from past 6 years , Was very happy with my regular recharge plan from past one year but now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased price and reduced number of days for that plan. Hence I need to change my Sim card.

@airtelindia I don't understand what is the use of taking your services where the internet runs in no way and calls doesn't connect. And with all these problems your rate is increased. What is the use of increasing rate where there is literally bad network connection and net.

@nch14404 help me it’s more than 1 month after porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complained with Nodal officer and later with Nodal officer. Pathetic response. Even lodged complaint with @DoT_India @TRAI .clear violation of consumer rights.I want to file a suite in court.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support for even Postpaid Customers. I am not able to call on numbers starting with 1860, your call center registers it under Bad Network and ask for 4 working days. No complaint number in SMS. TERRIBLE THAT I CANT MAKE A PHONE CALL

@airtelindia fiber broadband always has technical issues. Even though you pay for an entire month, you get internet service only for about 15-20 days. Rest is technical issue. Is it the same with @reliancejio and @BSNL_KL ?

Highly unprofessional and disappointing service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, both at store & service end. My SIM stopped working last week & thrice visited your stores. Despite waiting for hours & wasting 50+50 Rs, both time my document was rejected (thought they said it done)
