    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Keeps transferring calls in the name “escalation”. This is how you treat long serving customers?! Useless lot! Fayaz and Husain from customer care we’re of no help and kept transferring the call saying we are escalating! Pathetic service!

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is providing worst internet connectivity throughout india the will offer us free installation for us if we choose 6 month plan from day of installation i am facing issues. My phone space is filled by their response message when i raise a ticket @reliancejio best

    @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi sucks … in the last month it was done roughly for 4 days and it’s down again today the worst part is not outage… there is no way to reach out to customer support to talk with a human If we want to raise a complaint in app on outage you won’t allow

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised a relocation request on 24 Jun it’s 2 Jul and no installation despite repeated promises. An executive sold me a new connection on an alternate number, took payment & activated it, but no installation again. 15+ year customer. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia international roaming pack for 10 days got activated without my consent and charged to my postpaid bill. I called customer care and raised multiple complaints and the backend team is closing them without any reason or resolution. Please resolve this

    Dear @airtelindia , this is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s been 7 days, and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. No technician has visited despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. #airtel
