    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a service is being provided by you, by your outlets and by your call center. Complaint raised on 10 days before, got a call today, kept me on hold and then disconnected with resolution. No reply over email, pathetic outlets service ,

    Relieved to have successfully ported out of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence post almost 16 years of association, mainly due to poor network coverage and no proper resolution.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can't understand why Airtel wont close my internet disconnection request (ticket no. 10021620241). I can't shift it coz, airtel doesn't service at new place. Executive keeps on talking about safe custody. Dont want. Pl close the connection and refund

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @airtelindia hi team, our wifi hasn't been working for 4 days now, a service request has already been raised and nothing has been done so for. No one is answering the calls. We d like to disconnect the connection and will go for a non-airtel one.

    @airtelindia New Extreme box fails within 3 months. As a replacement under warranty, I got the Refurbished one. @Airtel_Presence .Do you get an old car if your new car broke down which is under warranty??

    Hii @airtelindia I have planned to purchase DTH Connection from Airtel. Shortly call came from Arumbakkam MMDA Colony Branch they Said they don't sell DTH alone and forced me to buy both Wifi and DTH. @airtelindia won't provide single DTH. Please fix this @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I was following up to check the feasibility of network speed at my home. The local team is very arrogant and is asking for 1,500/- for the first-time installation, even though Airtel states it's free with 6 months of payment. This is how the service system works.
