    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After being your customer for almost 15 years, I feel your customer care cheats the customers. First, making my father put into a Airtel Black when he had no need for that. Second, not understand your customers problems and creating more issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - worst service on Airtel black connection. The connection is not installed properly and from past 1 week multiple request raised to fix issues. Till now no one turned to fix installation issues. Unhappy with the installation services

    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

    @airtelindia call Center, service enter no body bother about customers here. Actually my money stealed by Airtel and now I am going around the bush to get the money. This is not acceptable.

    @airtelindia Does Airtel has a plan to fix mobile Network issue seriously? Facing this issue in 560103 in Adarsh Palm Retreat Tower 7 since last 3 years, have been paying bills with zero services. Multiple services requests made with no hope.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This indicates that you being a MNC and large telephone service provider are laying fibres and offering service to customers illegally, without the consent of the surrounding area and in violation of any rules or SOPs established by @TRAI.

    @airtelindia Very poor service .My Airtel prepaid card no is 9936451982. No signal showing in my mobile or other mobile since last 2 days. Customer service helpless in resolving issue and to arrange duplicate sim at home being unable to move

    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    Requested for house shifting in Airtel broadband on 24th but still not done. Such a Bad experience with Airtel. i will Recomend anyone to take Airtel broadband. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia holds a black connection for many years and pays ₹1800 pm. Called today for a query. CCE Mr. Shivam was surprisingly too rude, arrogant and misbehaved. Kept me waiting for 30 minutes to bring supervisor!! Am I paying this hefty amt to watch this tamasha?? ????

    I am ok if Jio keeps this amount of 400Rs. But just want a confirmation that SIM has not been issued to anybody else for illegal activities. such a poor customer service experience, even before onboarding. Have been @airtelindia user. They are so much better.

    @airtelindia Extremely poor experience. Trying to unbundle Airtel Black (7980401860) for 15 days. 7–8 calls, dues cleared, still no action. Only delays, “technical issues” & 30-min retention harassment calls. Process immediately or escalating to TRAI & consumer forum. #Airtel

    @airtelindia This is my final request. I no longer want the Airtel Xstream Fiber connection due to continuous delay. Please cancel my order immediately and process my full refund without any delay. If not resolved, I will proceed with further action through consumer forum.

    @RevanthReddyM @airtelindia DO not go for IPTV. Their support is worst. Changed 3 boxes in 6 months. No parent control on apps. Mainly with just a click channels get activated and you need to spend extra for that. If you remove that with in seconds also you need to pay the bill of entire month.

    Facing extremely poor network service from @airtelindia. Even after contacting customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they suggested converting my prepaid SIM to postpaid. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Resolve network issues instead of pushing upgrades.
