Looks like a false narrative to me. Moreover Megha promises a call back and escalation but cannot give timescales or a guarantee that I will 2/n

@Airtel_Presence Ashmeet this isn’t the correct update. You or Karan are to get a technician sent to my address no later than 10am tomorrow morning. The WiFi connection is still unstable and I am still not able to to get 4G network on my phone. @airtelindia @rsprasad
