    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Isn't it strange that your support staff at the relationship center still say SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!! Is it that difficult to create, no recreate a broadband order? The 1st order went into a blackhole, courtesy Sever issue again.

    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtel just updated it's packs and the validity packs does not include outgoing SMS what kind of network provider are you????? How are we supposed to use banking apps. Atleast you could have included 10 SMS. That's absurd. Just to increase profits.

    Disappointed with the @airtelindia DTH services. There is no clear validity mentioned in the website. And if we request in the website then customer service explaining the plan with 6 month validity but the same cannot be booked in website. @Airtel_Presence 011100840762_dsl
