    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This indicates that you being a MNC and large telephone service provider are laying fibres and offering service to customers illegally, without the consent of the surrounding area and in violation of any rules or SOPs established by @TRAI.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

No more tweets, no more complaints. I am getting Wi-Fi service provider replaced to Tata Play now. Disgusting

    @airtelindia I have been following up for unbundling and deactivation of DTH connections for past 10 days vide Reference No. 1-J8F6891. Everytime I am being given 24 hrs time line but no solution so far. I have already made payment as well the day team asked to to the needful.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed by Airtel network. service quality is getting worse day by day. Today, the network was down for almost 6 hours, causing major inconvenience. Customers deserve better reliability and service.

    Very disappointing service from @airtelindia. My BB down since 11 July. Despite repeated complaints, CC keeps saying the outage is resolved & an engg will visit soon. Today is 15 July & no Engg assigned yet. Keeping customers waiting for days without support is unacceptable.

    Hello Airtel, I’ve lodged a complaint regarding my bill which isn’t resolved yet. I’ve called more than two times to airtel and mailed too.. but there’s no response from your end.This is disappointing. I think, i made a mistake to switch from jio to airtel. @airtelindia 😒
