    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is pandemic and we can’t really use airtel to make emergency call hospital. Even if wifi calling/ volte is enabled it sucks. Constant call fails in wifi calling, no sound, just keep saying hello hello. Worst experience ever

    @sahil_vi @airtelindia I recently converted my airtel prepaid sim to Postpaid in bangalore. Paid through online , got a call from customer care within 30 min and delivery executives came to home within 2 hour to deliver the sim. After 1 day sim got activated Cheers 🍻

    @sahil_vi @airtelindia I’m related to the telecom industry. Physical document is required for compliance, can’t really blame them it’s a good practice I would say rather. Whereas cash is concerned, digital India hai but issue is msme and airtel store owners get short changed due to card swipe rates
