    @airtelindia fed up of your networking everytime when over a virtual meeting it always collapse and I can't say the same to the so host of the meeting n ultimately me taking the fault. Either close your network permanently or don't just reply to people unless you have a proper 1

    @SonuDubeykd @airtelindia I took them to consumer court in 2018 they promised they will enhance the network connectivity. Let's see what they cook up this time.

    @airtelindia My friend came from UK this morning and his local Airtel number is not working not able contact customer care. its very difficult to manage without phone in this current pandemic situation. You guys should work more proactively

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

    @airtelindia Hello airtel, I am a mother of 3 months old baby. Today morning I see that on my phone, emergency call only. I thought low Signal. Later called the customer care 121 and got to know I have to opt for duplicate sim. The technician was so rude. Can you plz help.

    @airtelindia is charging customers for ISD calls when no such calls were made, then their customer service explains ISD charges must be due to Zoom calls. This unethical collection of money which they cannot explain will make customers leave Airtel. Many fish in the pond!

    Sch an incompetency frm a renowned service provider lke @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. No activeness at technical team to resolve the issue. Been already more than 24hrs i have raised a complaint still no resolution. @JioCare is far better in addressing technical issues promptly

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I received a call from +917428519889 number for pending bill. I have already disconnected your services on May 03, 2022 after making the payment. The same was confirmed with your customer support - interaction IDs 10046061248 and 10046140275.

    I think another network going down the drain. After 8 days, 14 calls, 5 escalations, 2 senior executive assurances…no response and problem is yet to be resolved. Complaint id - 10060717287. If ur shutting operations…pls let us know! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    The worst experience of using Airtel sim @airtelindia , from last night the speed of internet restricted to 150 kb in my area, kindly check the tower status at pin code 415303, please start service as soon as possible.
