SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
