The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Tower site photo attached. Eagerly awaiting the network. Thanking you. I recently converted my prepaid on postpaid after seeing the benefits on your app. Let me iterate all benefits first. Please check the plan details picture. I bought this plan due to 2 main reasons. I am feeling scammed now. Read below two points and see the image too: First Scam - Three sim cards When i am trying to add family member, your app isn’t allowing that. See picture 2 Second Scam - Apple tv and music benefit. Your app promises the ott. Once plan starts and i try to claim the ott, i find out that they are not even in the list. See picture 3 and 4. Bonus - The Biggest Scam Human support is fully gone now. I only talk to the chatbot and eventually the chat ends. There is not even option to select for my problem. I called the customer support. Again it takes a lot of time to connect to a human and even if i connect, they simply cut the call when i raise the issues. I just have a simple question to you. How can you expect a person to use your services if you are scamming them by taking high prices and ghosting them. PS - I will not stop posting until my issue is resolved. This is not acceptable and won’t be hidden at all. I need immidiate resolution.
