@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why can't we get our eSim request processed even though our email shows verified on the Airtel thanks app. Also there doesn't seem to be any optn to update email on calling the IVR 121, as per the msg RCVD in reply to eSim request. Please help

@airtelxstream @airtelindia I am sending Shifting request last 10days I try to call your customers care but I am not getting any response from your side every time your field exactive told me your problem is resolved but he didn't came to our shifting address worst service.

@IAnnapurnna @airtelindia None of the DTH are Customer friendly! I used to get 100+ channels for 300 rupess. Now I get approximately less than 10 channels! And our government agencies are hand in glove with these money minters! 😡
