    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my landline is dead for the last two weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it works for a few hours and then dead again. This is since I shifted to fibre. Horrible service. Not sure why I’m paying when nothing works for over 3 weeks!

    @airtelindia I have trying to get a receipt for my deposit amount for the Xstream box since last 3 weeks. I was told by your customer care that airtel does not provide receipts for deposits received from customers. If that is true, are you not committing accounting malpractice?

    I told I can wait till 8PM but they were not in helping intention and they told me to come next day.I requested them but they said "you can complaint anywhere I don't care" This is the way you treat customer? Manager told server problem wantedly. @airtelindia @TRAI

    Wow so called premium service provider's service cant with hold rain . But my local service provider service works fine. This is 3rd time lost connection ths month stopped my work. Previously took 3days to fix,When will be this fixed? @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia

    Manual permission is taking forever to get approval. How many days we are supposed to wait. Worst service for disabled people. And who is responsible if the stolen sim is misused as it's not blocked yet. Will @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence take responsibility for that...

    @airtelindia Today I recharge my Airtel no 90XXXXXXXX by airtel thanks app in notification offer show me if you recharge 666 plans you get 77+7 days additional 1.5/day total 84 day plan in 666 but after recharge i got only 77 days validity you cheated own customer i don't recharge in future😔

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For past 3 days the internet speed is running worse than 2G. Not a single app is working as it should, due to pathetic internet service. Even sending a whatsapp message is consuming a lot of time. Kindly look into it and do the needful ASAP.

    Hi @airtelindia I took 499 plan in Aug22 for six months due to urgent requirement I need more speed arround 200mbps. I requested CC to upgrade my plan but they were completely denied. Request to see my issue and allow to upgrade my plan from 40mbps to 200mbps.

    Hey, @airtelindia I'm one of the user of @airtel_fiber but and your router is not working since 10 days I have already complained but no response by your engineers. He delay the service date by saying today tomorrow. I'm not using your service since 10 day would you extend plan.
