    Even sharing video of problem multiple times has not helped. As you can see once you go to apps usage, you can not get back to TV a usage untill you switch off the box from main board!! Please help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Calling customer care everyday has fallen on deaf ears!! I am told we are escalating but not sure who they are escalating to!!! First time technician fooled me to close the ticket asking to call him directly if problem persists.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Once before @airtelindia caused problems when I took Airtel connection, paid for it and for 10 days nobody showed up for installation. I had to call Airtel Customer care continuously for a month to get refund. Airtel is frauds who'll only waste your time with their worst service.
