@FASTag_NETC @airtelindia I ordered 2 FASTags one for my car and the other for my Uncle. When the FASTag reached me from Airtel there was no note to identify for which car it is. Called Airtel multiple times but no help from them. I think I made a mistake for taking from Airtel.

Worst customer eccentric company goes to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews First they give commitment then they don't fulfill that commitment and the customer is then harassed. This is the reason that they are losing customers and then they blame @reliancejio

@VodafoneIN i am experiencing the worst ever experience from day one with vodofone, after porting from @airtelindia , regarding network every where, though I raised this issue or dispute several times , same with Airtel also .

Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, I have subscribed to Full DND, and still getting a lot of promotional messages and calls daily. I have reported many SMSes via app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doesn’t seem to be bothered about issue. Haven’t taken action on single report. No update.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so the new method to defraud a customer is to give him unwanted unneeded pack. Charge him and the feign ignorance when the customer complaints. The complaints started when the pack was added to the day billing was done. ****** service and bad PR.
