@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I ve made numerous calls to call centre with NIL resolutions. Pathetic customer service & only one way traffic, NIL importance to customer queries. Would request someone to close the multiple Airtel connections which I have #airtelthanks

@Airtel_Presence I reached out to #121 customer care and only on disappointed had shared it on Tweeter Only recd false commitment & see a FRAUD there as no SR’s or trails were raised of the multiple calls made by me This is how @airtelindia is wanting to reach ZERO complaints as shown in AD’s

@airtelindia worst airtel customer services experienced in airtel store. He is asking ₹100/- to replace damaged sim. overcharging without proper reciept. And rude behaviour. Its good that we donot have monopoly in tele services. Since i have yearly package i have to bear it.
