@Airtel_Presence I am not looking for any number change. This kind of No. sale (thru SMS) is unsolicited & illegal. Its not possible without help of @airtelindia gallery employees. I want my number to be on DND and also action taken against such illegal activities. Trust Airtel to take action.

@DamodaranAshok @airtelindia It’s been 15 days and a simple request of updating my address was not taken care of. So many phone calls, average time of 21 minutes on each call, three trips to Airtel Store, so many DMs. Issue still unresolved. Worst customer experience. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone

@airtelindia Pathetic customer Service. Tweeting this while listening to the on hold music. One in person visit to the Airtel store, three phone calls to 121 and yet the issue is not resolved. Servers are down on all three occasions. Extremely Dissatisfied!
