    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Keeps transferring calls in the name “escalation”. This is how you treat long serving customers?! Useless lot! Fayaz and Husain from customer care we’re of no help and kept transferring the call saying we are escalating! Pathetic service!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel Wallet on the Thanks App but it shows 0 balance, when my money had been debited from my bank account. No where to complain too! App should be more user friendly. Cant even speak on call with customer care official to raise issue

    @airtelindia Airtel Fiber was never up for me and many residents in my neighborhood. You are only providing 2Mbps copper connection at Jeevanbhima Nagar, Bangalore. We are following up since 3+ years and your team has only one answer - "Coming Soon". #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia Why do you have to latch onto my wifi when i make a call from my handphone. The call experience is bad. The experience is far far better when i use WhatsApp or Signal..

    @airtelindia Its very strange that you do not give an option to cancel amazon prime subscription through Airtel App nor you allow customers to raise complaint to through airtel, but putting through IVR and chatbot which do not resolve customer issues. Can you help on this?

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @dvnr21 @airtelindia This company will close soon... we have seen many big companies getting closed due to cheap attitude... this will too soon... Same they show Fibre connection when i upgraded from copper but never changed the wire and saying fibre works on copper.. Shameless

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia , Airtel Black complaint raised on 16 May for broadband outage in Haridwar still unresolved despite promised timelines. Tickets are falsely marked “Resolved” while Wi-Fi remains dead. No accountability, no support, no follow-up. Ref ID: 11030378434

    Hello @airtelindia, I would like to understand what kind of experience you are providing to the customers? I recently converted my prepaid on postpaid after seeing the benefits on your app. Let me iterate all benefits first. Please check the plan details picture. I bought this plan due to 2 main reasons. I am feeling scammed now. Read below two points and see the image too: First Scam - Three sim cards When i am trying to add family member, your app isn’t allowing that. See picture 2 Second Scam - Apple tv and music benefit. Your app promises the ott. Once plan starts and i try to claim the ott, i find out that they are not even in the list. See picture 3 and 4. Bonus - The Biggest Scam Human support is fully gone now. I only talk to the chatbot and eventually the chat ends. There is not even option to select for my problem. I called the customer support. Again it takes a lot of time to connect to a human and even if i connect, they simply cut the call when i raise the issues. I just have a simple question to you. How can you expect a person to use your services if you are scamming them by taking high prices and ghosting them. PS - I will not stop posting until my issue is resolved. This is not acceptable and won’t be hidden at all. I need immidiate resolution.

    My @airtelindia fiber gives me 30 Mbps during the day...and a generous 1–2 Mbps at night Every. Single. Night. For a WEEK. Paying full price for a plan that sleeps at 10 PM. Wild. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI please fix this or I'm switching. #AirtelFiber #AirtelDown #IndiaInternet

    @airtelindia 068027194371_wifi . Since 5days there is no service. After raising the request the chatbot has been issued a service request number assigned to the engineer but no one responded. Today without resolving the issues the engineer went away. Is it not cheating to consumers? Now no customer care is receiving the call. No service request is also registered at the App. It is very unfortunate

    When Airtel came to Goa , the started luring customers with offers and trying to create a monopoly from regional Ethernet provider. Last 2 months, showed the true colour. Wi-Fi is almost down every third day and no proper customer service @airtelindia

    Very disappointed with Airtel's poor service. Despite raising multiple complaints regarding my router issue, there has been no proper action or resolution from the support team. Customers should not have to follow up for basic service support repeatedly. @airtelindia
