    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am raising a dispute in consumer forum after experiencing poor service with Airtel Xtreme fibre. Request to upgrade plan pending since last 15 days , paid one year advance to upgrade plan but still pending. Amount refund requested also pending .

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really disappointed with the Internet services, i use both Airtel and Jio And with whenever i step out i never had a Good Network for Internet Atleast in the apst few months and always had to switch over to Jio.

    2012 when i bought my first Android LG phone with my stipend... again @airtelindia and other service operators were charging exuberant rates for internet 2015 Jio launched & available for common man by 2016 ...we all know how it changed the Indian internet usage

    @Airtel_Presence The technician or sales team ,no one still contacted me for installation,really bad service and zero response after taking money for installation and plan.i really don't know whom to contact regarding this except for tweeting @airtelindia . It's been more than a week.

    @airtelindia Its very strange that you do not give an option to cancel amazon prime subscription through Airtel App nor you allow customers to raise complaint to through airtel, but putting through IVR and chatbot which do not resolve customer issues. Can you help on this?

    @airtelindia despite multiple complaints raised over last few months, Nothing has been resolved.during my relocation my fibre Internet changed to box with speed cut of 200 MBPS to 100 without my consent.i am suffering daily due to poor connectivity and poor service response.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 days. Same issue. Airtel WiFi dies every day after 6 PM. Multiple complaints, ZERO fix. What are we paying for—service that disappears at peak hours? Fix this TODAY or I escalate to TRAI & disconnect. Enough is enough.
