@airtelindia The worst customer service that I have ever seen, ported from docomo to airtel, and I have been coming to airtel store as if I am working here. Technology reached more heights but not on your side. I have visited the store nearly 7 times.

@airtelindia My sim requested for porting on july11, and today its August 7th, still my sim was not activated. No clear update from customer care as well as from employees at store. I have been travelling for kms to resolve my problem in this 4G generation.

When I am using Internet then the network time automatically converted from LTE to E very frequently. But if I on the flight mode for about 10 seconds then the network type changed into LTE mode. Please solve my problem @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a customer of Air.PreSIM

@airtelindia Have a xtreme fibre connection. Internet not working since 2 days. Complaint raised. Man comes and connects wire to restore. Asks 350 rs which was denied by airtel cc. He disconnects the internet from the main box outside and leaves.
