@airtelindia I have a 199 plan with 4 days for expiry. I understand I am supposed to get 100 sms and unlimited calls free but I can't make a single call or send a single message. This is quite troubling. Please help.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI i will request airtel customers to not to activate any such pack which airtel call center calls and ask for activisation they are cheating. Pls donot activate.. Last one month i have complained against bad network that is still pending.

Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity. What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@nanoharsha @airtelindia The call forwarding charges will be as per the plan provided by the service provider. Some telcos might allow free call forwarding to same telco and some charge per minute. So unfortunately you will have to talk to the telcos :)
