    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Keeps transferring calls in the name “escalation”. This is how you treat long serving customers?! Useless lot! Fayaz and Husain from customer care we’re of no help and kept transferring the call saying we are escalating! Pathetic service!

    @airtelindia @AirtelKK New Scam!! Most of airtel SIMs going invalid.1self need 2 visit with ID. 2reactivate & pay 50+ reduced validity. beware customers ur SIM can go invalid after few days of recharge & be ready 2 face huge Q & rude agents of Airtel. @TRAI Y only airtel SIMs?

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia paying approx 1200 INR every month for a postpaid plan excluding GST of course.. I have raise complaint twice that your internet speed is very slow that I am not able search anything on google search also. But No response from your technical team.@airtelnews.

    @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

    My father is seriously ill and unable to visit Airtel for SIM reissue ( purchased 7–8 years ago). Airtel online support asked for medical documents, which were shared within 1 minute — but now complete silence. Need urgent help to escalate. @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia A request was already raised more than 72 hours ago, but there has still been no response from your side. This is extremely disappointing service. I have been unable to use the internet for the last 6–7 days.

    @airtelindia I was still waiting for billing adjustment, payment was pending. I woke up to reality that my outgoing call and internet service is stopped, at a time when I have personal exigency. This is how you recover money from customers that stood with you for last 24 yrs

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia An Airtel customer support representative informed me that I only needed to pay Rs. 570 out of the total outstanding amount of around Rs. 1001, and the remaining amount would be waived off. Based on this assurance, I paid Rs. 570.

    @airtelindia worst experience I have been using your Wi-Fi in Aurangabad Maharashtra since May 2024 Your whole service is facade Your whole marketing is false as you show the number one network Every week your wifi disconnected No proper channel to raise complaint easily
