    @airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @airtelindia New Extreme box fails within 3 months. As a replacement under warranty, I got the Refurbished one. @Airtel_Presence .Do you get an old car if your new car broke down which is under warranty??

    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The priority postpaid doesn’t get activated even when I converted to an eSIM. Reaching out to support is a major hassle as Your support team doesn’t try to understand the problem. then comes the issue with the background noise on the call. Such a bad experience!!!!

    @airtelindia using your so called Priority plan ( PostPaid !) all of a sudden, 5G is not getting connected! Called customer care 5 times ( each 20 minutes call with your exe.)now they are asking me to wait for 24-72 hours to get a resolution!!

    ****** service @airtelindia. WiFi shifting req open for week, customer care says backend team will call. No one calls. SMS has mobile but engrs says they are not available and call the customer care. Endless loop. More players needed so airtel can't take customers for granted.
