Broadband services offered by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is nothing more than pathetic. Every other day, the connection breaks down. They’ve created WhatsApp group to give false illusion of quick resolution to complaints. In reality, all they do is pass the buck. Such a shame.

@airtelindia very disappointed with your service. I book broadband connection for 6 months. 24 hrs done. Installation not done. Someone calls up and says 16 Mbps is possible and not promised 40 Mbps. Application - 0805803276

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am raising a dispute in consumer forum after experiencing poor service with Airtel Xtreme fibre. Request to upgrade plan pending since last 15 days , paid one year advance to upgrade plan but still pending. Amount refund requested also pending .

Hi @Airtel_Presence your network connection quality has gone from bad to worse, I'm not alone saying this every1 of my known airtel users complaints the same, its too hard to rely on Airtel anymore for emergency. Planning to change to @reliancejio. Fix this ASAP. @airtelindia
