    @HathwayCableTV why do you do this, whenever a complaint is raised you simply close it without providing any resolution. If that is the case what is the use of raising a ticket and such process. I feel like moving to much better service provider @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's been more than 2 weeks but my issue not resolved only you people giving time line afterwards you just vanished. Seriously @Airtel_Presence have pathetic customer service experience.

    @airtelindia if u are seriously working on wat u show on ad. Then first talk to customers, I have two issues, 1.recharged 98 fr data through airtel app amt deducted but no info regarding recharge in app. 2. I have 4more days fr nxt recharge but amt is deducted aft all calls🤔🤔🤔

    @airtelindia payments made and not accounted at your end. Receipts of payment sent 15 days ago. No resolution and services disconnected now. This is airtel experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR# 119888896 is pending. I was told that this would be resolved in a few hours however, I dont even have a status update from your side till now. No way of talking to customer service to find out. Pls resolve ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Sales executive falsely committed on the installation, post I made the payment on the app, he nor customer service are bothered to help me out. If a brand like yours treat customers like this, then kindly initiate refund ASAP. I shall go ahead with @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I hav raised complaint , tweeted, still no response from your customer service team . Misinformed by the airtel retailer of better network and 4G hotspot is not able to use due to poor network .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia upon upgrading the connection I have on Xstream Fiber ID 080100459662_kk from limited to unlimited plan I had got a notification that the router will need replacement. No service request got generated back then. Pls help initiate the replacement 🙏

    @medussa007 @airtelindia Thinking to make one for @OlaElectric Haven’t been able to solve the issue since months Their service centre directly says no For the in warranty vehicle, told to replace the battery for 65k.. then told 55k Vehicle is lying at our office for months now. I’m not going to pay anything

    @airtelindia This is not the first time, every week or 15 days one outages for 12 to 48 hrs. Looks like the network is underdesigned. No backup for local fiber cut. Yesterday, outages was only area specific and minor fiber cut . That also takes 16 hrs to restore

    Hey @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia Such a useless network i have never seen mobile signal always show emergency and raised three tickes but there has been no resolution. Yet, you sending recharge notification and begging money for zero service u should have shame atleast.

    @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating! Our WiFi stops working every alternate day because the wires are not fixed properly and keep getting cut. Our recharge is getting wasted repeatedly. Complaint No: 10886367558 Please resolve this permanently by securing the wiring.
