@airtelindia Have a problem with the SIM. Visited Airtel store near BDA complex HBR bangalore. After providing all the relevant details and waiting your support team says server down and come tomorrow. I find this very hilarious.

@airtelindia pathetic service. Been waiting since 2 days to get a call from your representative to schedule for fiber installation. Got 7 calls asking whether I got the installation done. But, nothing on the actual work. Assigned engineer isn't even picking the phone.

@airtelindia is the worst network. Always their is a issue. Now their is no 4G or any kind of data connectivity in Bangalore. Now we have only depend of WiFi network. You @Airtel_Presence should sell your company and start a Ad agency, your good at that.

@airtelindia ported from Vodafone to Airtel because Vodafone had no network coverage. Airtel is superior to them they have no incoming calls and sms service. Just outgoing calls and internet. And customer care gives time line of 15 days to solve the query. @airtelindia

14 phone calls to 121 over 8 days to get internet connection setup. 7 phone calls in 2 days so far to correct their mistake in setup, & upgrade the plan...still not done. Brilliant customer service from @airtelindia. Getting Airtel setup done in a Tier 2 city is a torture.
