    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia refuses to help. I've already told them my problem, yet they're sending me a link to recharge again. I've recharged on the first of Jan, and now I'm not getting data. Then a data recharge. Still no data. What is the scene here airtel? @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why does a consumer have to deal with these consequences? So who is responsible for this problem? Another funny fact is that there is no alternative way to complain to @TRAI or government authorities about the broadband service provider #complaint

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR no. 76178757 Was raised This is for a DTH Connection 002 for which no one has responded nor called & it's closed saying customer not reachable. If you cannot provide a connection pls say, so we can look for alternatives.

    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    Frustrated with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, your service request no. 10128981414 has been assigned to engineer vikas pathak. He will contact you between (25 Jan 2023 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM). I may got terminated from job by this type of services from airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet since last 2 hrs. SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

    @airtelindia #worst #cheats broadband installation not done even after 5 days nd repeated false promises over calls till 2days back. Now no1 from service team is even bothered to call or update, feeling cheated after paying full advance, Refund my money now

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    @airtelindia is the worst wifi broadband service. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

    @airtelindia today is 13th day of DTH is down at my home. And no one in the company to listen the customer plight. Today an automated message came & a Service Engineer was scheduled to visit and solve the problem by 6 pm. Just received a call from the Service Engineer that….

    @airtelindia has worst mobile app. I was checking the wifi plan but you can't check different plan without putting your address again and again. each time they register a new inquiry for a new connection. Just unnecessarily wasting the time and very buggy flow. #NoAirtelThanks
