@airtelindia We are unable to call or use Airtel internet in my apartment. We have been using Airtel service for last few years and it’s been told to us that you guys are working on the infrastructure, this might take 6 months or more to fix this issue.

@Airtel_Presence I'm not able to call, receive OTPs, login to web, use UPI, use net banking, recharge my fastag, pay my bills, dial calls for last 10 days. Can you imagine the pain. Do you understand @airtelindia @TRAI No help from the last 10 days. I've provided all the details.

@airtelindia your @Airtel_Presence support from 6 days they ask unique things from me like 5 dialled numbers, aadhar, bank details with registered number, nearest store address and much more. I've provided them all but no support. No help. Such a pathetic experience and services

@airtelindia @reliancejio The connection quality of airtel is too bad in Bangalore. Most shocking is that the Bangalore is famous for Technology. And this is very disappointing for airtel users. Shameless Airtel. Jio connectivity is better than Airtel. I'm going to switch to Jio.

@airtelindia In our area(Nalbari, Assam-781348), airtel connectivity was very poor. Then airtel completed constructing a tower here. It's been more than 10 days now, the connectivity equipment has not installed yet. Please do it asap. We all have ported into airtel recently.
