    @sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you send reminders to recharge the account before it expires, why can’t you provide proper services. I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

    @sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia I have been complaining about the same issue since January 2020 and Airtel is least bothered to resolve it. @DoT_India Airtel is really looting money from their customers and not providing service worth of recharge amount.

    Have seen multiple players do this mistake once they have majority Market share. They become reluctant to have customer first approach & then as soon as there is a new option, those customers would churn. @airtelindia did this mistake in 2015 & suffered.

    Before marriage. After marriage address has changed, but person & her identity won’t. All this because of stupidity & poor training @airtelindia. Teach your staff. We have a infant at home & cant go to store everyday & put ourselves in risk during pandemic. Have some shame

    Such a shame @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Useless service provider. Educate your staff on how to work. My wife’s sim stopped working, which was bought some 3 years ago. But number has been used for more than 10 years now. It was service provider’s duty to get it rectified

    @airtelindia I have Airtel Fiber 499 plan, dsl no. is 0173310008340_dsl. Complaint filed on 27th Aug, but no resolution till yet (to 121@, appellate haryna, content grivience), but no positive responce yet. Complaint closed with wrong info given. This type of fraud not expected from Airtel

    Who scenario is i applied for a shifting of my broadband connection on 19 for a house which is just few homes from the previous location.. @airtelindia your customer care executives were like it willl only take 24 hours and now its been more than 48 hours.
