    @airtelindia your service is so pathetic that when someone is looking for help then there is no option to reach your call center nor any chat options. You seem to be taking the advantage of the current situation. Your shows error when trying to change billing plan.

    @airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

    @airtelindia facing issues in receiving OTP and verification code SMS after porting from Vi to Airtel. Have raised the complaint at store and tried calling multiple times but have not received any resolution. There is no way to reach any airtel tech or customer service personnel
