    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my landline is dead for the last two weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it works for a few hours and then dead again. This is since I shifted to fibre. Horrible service. Not sure why I’m paying when nothing works for over 3 weeks!

    @airtelindia My old broadbnd connection was transferred to my new address and then airtel black broadband was installed on top of it. My old connection was not deactivated and I am still getting bills . Please assis to resolve the issue. I am not responsible to pay pending bills.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. In my area in bangalore there is no coverage of airtel not even a single point. We dnt have good network signal with other network aswell, so our area people were expecting you to provide a good service so that everyone will port to airtel 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence it's been over a month now.. Still you guys couldn't find time to even make a call? For last 4 days I'm giving preferred time to talk in dm.. but ur customer support DMs me at 2.51am asking if that would be right time to connect Pathetic @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So even if the customer pays 999 he can get only upto 16 Mbps and upto means even 1 Mbps can be provided

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And the airtel is becoming like a worst service and no proper support from the customer service they just disconnect the call if they don't have solutions. I suggest every one don't use this fraud network and don't face problems

    @ViCustomerCare due to this network issue I’ve already raise port request to @airtelindia. Within this week if it is not rectified then I’ll be happy to switch in @airtelindia along with my fellow colleagues.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the real problem is you don't regret; else from past 2 years you will not be making false promises; moreover you know you cannot provide more than 16 Mbps is most of the areas and that is why you mention upto 100 Mbps; you are just loosing trust of people

    @TRAI @airtelindia charged 1000 rupees in 2007-9 for a sim saying it comes with a lifetime incoming validity and we don't have to recharge the to keep getting incoming calls. Now @airtelindia asks the same customer to recharge with 89/m to keep getting calls. Isn't this cheating?

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My SR number 135202980 this complaint was registered on 7/8/2021 small complaint about internet not working on airtel fibre net. No executive could solve it. Its been more than 72 hrs. What should i do?Where else to complaint apart from airtl

    @airtelindia I have trying to get a receipt for my deposit amount for the Xstream box since last 3 weeks. I was told by your customer care that airtel does not provide receipts for deposits received from customers. If that is true, are you not committing accounting malpractice?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even after registering for #DND service I am still getting unwanted messages and calls. For god sake please solve atleast one of the issues I am having with your network. My network issue from last two years have not been solved yet.

    @airtelindia That was a time when Airtel 3g speed was app. 500kb/s now i am using 4g speed is app. 300kb/s. Just value of g is increasing your speed will remain same. Just telecom companies cheats us. For customer month is 28 days and for employees month is for 31 days. Nyc business.

    Such a pathetic service you provide to you postpaid customer @airtelindia I raised a complaint and it didn't get resolved after 11 days. I am not gonna pay the bills this time.

    @airtelindia 5g ki baat krte ho customer service 2g layak bhi nhi hai.. store pr jao they said call on 121 and 121 says visit nearest store
