    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am visiting Airtel store second time 2day after a week for porting from Jio & being told that there is issue for port in to Airtel prepaid while postpaid works...its clear case of forcing to postpaid...I better stay with Jio or switch to Vodafone

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I pay around ₹20 per day to my postpaid account just to get a miscall alert. Most of the time voice network is zero. And internet is not different. I was told network will improve that's why I shift from Vodafone to here.

    @airtelindia I requested to upgrade my broadband connection with the fiber optics technology. I waited for 15 days for the installation and not received any update. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but no help. Worst experience ever.

    So much pain & trouble just to update an email id in @airtelindia system. The gallery people in Thane are hopeless. They say it will take 3-4 working days and if it doesn’t happen you will have to convert to postpaid. Is this a Sales thing ?
