    Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence without resolving customer’s query, your representative just put the call on hold for eternity which customer feels to disconnect and connect back. Is this how you ppl are gaining profits? Such a pathetic service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is pandemic and we can’t really use airtel to make emergency call hospital. Even if wifi calling/ volte is enabled it sucks. Constant call fails in wifi calling, no sound, just keep saying hello hello. Worst experience ever

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service by airtel . Not expected this. Im a regular customer of airtel and I recharged my no 4 days prior to its expiry date but it swallowed my precious 4 days and started pack thereon. Go for jio guys.
