I ordered smartphone from airtel on 30jan n thy assured to deliver on 10th Feb.. waited till 11 feb.. no response from Airtel.. today phone has came and they took it back due to some documents missing (Nash) one of the worst services frm so cld #1 Network provider.@airtelindia

@airtelindia Switched from Jio to Airtel expecting better service—huge mistake. Frequent Wi-Fi cuts, no power backup, hours to restore after short outages. Jio was far better. Switching back soon, and many in my area will too. #PoorService
