    @airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

    Just ported network to @airtelindia, after switching on phone, a suspicious message saying that @GoogleIndia is trying to verify the phone as a part of set up, has been sent without my consent to a number. It's an attempt to do fraud. Action Required. @Airtel_Presence, @PMOIndia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Isn't it strange that your support staff at the relationship center still say SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!! Is it that difficult to create, no recreate a broadband order? The 1st order went into a blackhole, courtesy Sever issue again.

    Useless & laggard team of Jio unable to sort out an issue in 48 hours.. @airtelindia is much better in service.. A Jio customer can't even reach to Cust Care & is dependent on d whims & fancies of their ground teams..

    WTF @ViCustomerCare my internet speed is very slow when it's go ilon LTE 900 it's slow (0.75mbps download) and when at LTE2500 it's speed is good (21-35mbps) and they are launching so called 5g please improve your 4g first @JioCare and @airtelindia is better than your company.
