@airtelindia have paid advance rentals for home broadband ..highly dissatisfied ..last time the service people corrected the issue ..but no stability. Internet goes down everyday . My TV connects with Netflix only and no other WFH I have to rely on my phone hotspot. This is sad.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am raising a dispute in consumer forum after experiencing poor service with Airtel Xtreme fibre. Request to upgrade plan pending since last 15 days , paid one year advance to upgrade plan but still pending. Amount refund requested also pending .
