    @airtelindia is charging customers for ISD calls when no such calls were made, then their customer service explains ISD charges must be due to Zoom calls. This unethical collection of money which they cannot explain will make customers leave Airtel. Many fish in the pond!

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

    Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

    @airtelindia Shittest service ever, keep facing issues. When I tried to contact the 198 toll free as mentioned in your site, then it keep saying recharge your phone before calling. Then what the hell is toll free means?
