Same they show Fibre connection when i upgraded from copper but never changed the wire and saying fibre works on copper.. Shameless

After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

Not able to register complain on the app. Your IVR has no option to connect to a real person, not it is registering a complain. Just extending the date to resolve the problem.
