    @airtelindia network connection in my area (gaya college of engineering, gaya , bihar) is very poor. It creates lots of disturbance in study. A lots of people have airtel sim and all are having the same problem. We are not even able to place a phone call or surf minimal internet.

    @airtelindia such bad customer service. Have asked for an upgradation of setup box service.. till now no one bothered to call back for installation or updates. It has been over 24hrs. I think its time for a shift to other operators. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #TV

    @airtelindia @airtelnews On 14 Nov, Rahul spoke to me from airtel twitter team for 20min to understand issue, 22 Nov again someone spoke from the team for 10min to understand issue..No coordination between the airtel team, everyone wants to listen, but no one has any solution

    @airtelindia Pathetic Service. My Airtel DTH connection 3045280995-1 is inactive from last 5-6 days. XStream box had restarting issue. They gave new box, but taking lot of time to activate it. Very bad service.
