    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Connection August me install/activate hua, lekin app me service/billing start date 15 July dikh rahi hai. Internet bhi properly nahi chal raha. 5–10 baar complaint aur Airtel Thanks App par report kar chuka hoon, phir bhi solution nahi mila. Please

    @airtelindia - I don't want another recharge reminder. I don't want another promotional/customer-care call. I simply want my broadband connection disconnected and the repeated calls to stop.

    One way you do advertise on stopping spam calls but at the same time giving customer details to your marketing team to offer personal loan! Audacity of your agents "try this since you must have tried other options" Cal is getting recorded right @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst network services, my Wife Phone network is zero/not operational, and I am still paying for the same, it's serious matter to restore the network and you guys are taking it casually, IMMEDIATE RESOLVE THE ISSUE

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. For more than 24 years... I had three mobile plus one wifi. Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.

    Issue unresolved since 11 Aug! Wrongful shifting request still active in app for DSL 03324530987_wifi (Kolkata) - wrongly raised by your CC. Pl CLOSE it & initiate PERMANENT disconnection post unbundling. Multiple payments done. Need urgent closure! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
