    @airtelindia It has been 4 days since the internet was shut down but till now neither any engineer has come to fix it nor has anyone called to say that we are checking.

    My wifi Internet down since yesterday evening and this outage issue happens 2-3 times every month. Worst part is Airtel app/customer care won’t even allow complaint registration due to “area outage”. Extremely poor service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
