@Airtel_Presence @DoT_India very worst service from @airtelindia. Network problem even customer near tower, call dropped, internet problem. So many time complainted but no use.

I'm devastated by the bad service provided by @airtelindia. It's been 2 days since my internet is down. I've spoken to customer care 4 times and everytime they told me to wait for 4 hours. I don't know how they lie to your face for so many times. Never use it.@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia AIRTEL you are only concerned about the people living in metro cities and major cities. Airtel customers living in rural areas not getting good 3G/4G services. We are paying for 4G data but getting internet speed of ~10kbps. Please improve network at 758038 area. Help us please.

@HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Worst broadband service in Mumbai. Even if you raise the complaint; they will immediately close the ticket raised without resolving it. @airtelindia You must tap all unsatisfied customers of #hathway. This will generate huge business for you.
