I have been using @ACTFibernet for almost 2 years now and seldom do I have to call them for any issues. I have unfortunately been using @airtelindia for the past 15 years because of the need for landline and I have to call them once every week to get some issue resolved.

@airtelindia Truly, the worst Broadband service provider in the market. I have had their technicians come to my house twice in the past 10 days and I am still facing issues. Not only is their service pathetic, their customer support is also inept and uninformed.
