@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

Extremely disappointing service by #AirtelXstreamFibre at Lucknow. No internet service since upgrade to optical fibre for more than a week and none of your staff seems to care. No one is responding and the complaint is just getting delayed each day. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
