    Extremely poor service from @Airtel_Presence my Airtel WiFi has been down since 11 AM.Technician promised to arrive in 30 mins, still no show and calls are unanswered. This is unacceptable especially during work hours beingblack member. Please resolve urgently @airtelindia @TRAI

    Raised issue with @airtelindia regarding wifi connectivity issue. Engineer visited and informed their fiber break, and wire needs to replaced. But denied replacing it. Har multiple escalation calls via 121 no resolution yet

    @airtelindia @gopalvittal Sir, Received an SMS today - ₹6.8L+ roaming charges for ~1 hour of inadvertent enabling of roaming while in Toronto. Already reported, but this is highly excessive. Had a near heart attack.  Request urgent review & resolution. Account: 9502151917

    To @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia Please take away your trash wifi box from my house or i will throw it outside of my house. I have enough of your trash network and trash customer care service and have decided to use jio and it's wifi cause it's hundred times better than you.
