    @airtelindia airtel is forcing the middle class to recharge for 129 minimum for outgoing sms. If a company not even provide minimum sms in their basic pack of 79, it show that their preference was not customer only money. Which pack to choose was customers preference. Worst 😡

    @airtelindia can't deactivate Safe Custody in 48 hrs after multiple calls, email, follow-up. The pain still continues. Is this how you aspire to be a 0 complaint company. Broadband is no more luxury now, it's necessity. Fibernet a/c 080102548584_kk. @TRAI @sunilbmittal

    @r_sanerita The same issue is with @airtelindia also, if you don't have sms pack then you can't send sms from your balance.

    Airtel increasing plan rate but not working on network and internet speed, I have complaint many times but no permanent solution at my location two option bear it or switch it first is going on looking for second now @airtelindia

    @airtelindia which pack to recharge should be decided by customer not by you. You need to give basic necessary of minimum sms in 79 pack. Don't paly with customers money. You are forcing don't make us fool

    @Ragnar30580823 @REDBOXINDIA @airtelindia Bad for low-income people who could maintain their number at 35, even if one SMS was 1.5 in case of emergency. Removing SMS is a shrewd trick. Most can't use it as a secondary number because some or other app might have that as a login.
