    On March 31st, @airtelindia stopped my internet over an unpaid bill of ₹355.28. I immediately unplugged my devices. Instead of disconnecting, they are constantly generating fresh bills every billing cycle for a completely disconnected service! 🚨 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence although the network is full my phone can't make or receive calls, the call immediately ends in a second "call ended" there is no Volte as well, I have a recharge active too. Also i tried making a data recharge..it failed twice. what's wrong?

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you can't give a good customer service pls don't raise the tickets in first case! I've been doing **** since 48 hrs without internet, raised tickets and it got solved without any interference!! how come it's solved? I'm still.gettimg LOS!

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @airtelnews @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644
