I asked him to give me Complaint registration number that I can reference on subsequent calls or follow-up but he said no complaint has been registered and there is no complaint reference number and to TRUST him to call me back. WHAT IS HAPPENING? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't know why Airtel is providing such worst internet speed. I have raised concern many times but they just closed ticket after some day. But there is no resolution giving back. I have been using airtel since 12 years but very disappoint with it.
