    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The SIM card in my smart phone failed on May 13, 2022 and unfortunately recharged again on May 15, 2022 as advised by Airtel Customer service. I contacted Airtel Customer Service from May 14, 2022 and I recharged again second time for Rs 799 (2/3)

    No Response from 16 days.Paid on Apr 1,2023 for Airtel Black INR 2299 plan. Airtel black Id is not created.18 of your call center agents have been escalating this to high priority but,no use.Can you pls help? It has been a mistake choosing you. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
