    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Na na na. Airtel Wi-Fi is good but god bless you if any problem occurs. Their customer care is the worst. Words can't be enough. Worse than anything you have ever experienced in life. Worse than anything I have been through.

    @airtelindia when I said that if the issue is not resolved then I will disconnect the connection, he casually replied, “Okay, disconnect it.” This kind of behavior and poor service is extremely disappointing.

    I would recommend and humble request everyone around #Bharat , DO NOT BUY / PORT / USE @airtelindia SIM ... YOU WILL GET NOTHING WITH "NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY" AND YOU WILL KEEP FOLLOWING UP TO RESOLVE YOUR "5 MONTHS INTERNET ISSUE" AND YOU WILL GET "NO RESPONSE" (1/n)

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia First they come up with hefthy monthly recharge plans then No recharge No incoming nd now giving priority 5G to a section of customer. Its nt about money or service its about customer does not left with any best third option in this duopoly. @JM_Scindia

    @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unable to make WiFi payments via Airtel Thanks app. Repeated error: "mandatory parameters timestamp invalid or not present in request". Happening multiple times - extremely poor/cemetery-level service! Complaint No: 779945428730

    @airtelindia Had asked for unbundling & disconnection of a Wi-Fi on 25 May. Your dedicated relationship employee assured resolution in 24 hours. Today is 28th. Called again. Why do they ask the same irritating questions again instead of confirming when it will be resolved ?

    @MensRightsFF @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Wrongly understood. Just like a broadband connection that has a rental payment, the postpaid connection too has rental. This brings in customer loyalty. Both are same. Prepaid is different, with no commitment.

    @airtelindia - struggling since a month, there is no network or signal in home. Raised multiple complains and all are closed without resolution. Being priority postpaid customer, not getting any support from customer care. Visited Urapakkam, Chennai airtel office, No help

    @airtelindia What a terrible network experience. Every time I recharge with the ₹849 3-month plan, I barely use mobile data at home because I already have Wi-Fi for office work. But even when I travel once a week from home to office, your network quality is extremely poor.
