    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not satisfied with your Customer Service on 121 related to my Airtel Xtream fiber. The customer care executive never told me the exact resolution time. They always tried to make me fool every time by saying will wait for more 2 hours.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no fast Internet frm past 20 days.I don't understand why have I recharged my phone with 1.5GB/day for 81 days if I can't use 100 MB of that with pathetic service.Who will compensate me for those 20 days? Resume my fast internet service asap. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You are not able to satisfy to customer. And team airtel is not able to provide ETA on compliant. So that is really surprised for customer. Everyone is making false commitment

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, it seems my prepaid card is damaged and customer support is insisting me to call on 121 to get replacement. I tried to explain the support team that as my sim is damaged, I can't call on 121. Please let me know if any other option @airtelindia
