@airtelbank for resolving Airtel fast tag issues do you really need 7 working days? Till that time I can't move to highways? @airtelindia then do you provide fast tag when your not able to resolve issues asap when GOI tells @fastagofficial is compulsory?

India's fastest network is so pathetic that it doesn't even connect to speed test server. I think it's time to change the network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

All the claims of being best network or No.1 network of India seems false to me now, no proper way to connect with customer care. You can't talk with executives directly. I chose X as the last option but here too is same. #WorstService #Airtelsucks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia it's been 4 days now, my WiFi has been down. No step has been taken to fix the issue yet. The customer care says that talk has been arranged with the senior representative but no call has been received yet. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After that I called multiple times but asked to click 9 to connect with customer care and it is replying, as u don't have sufficient balance to talk with customer care,I recharged with 349 already. Who on earth charges to connect to customer care.
