    Heard @TRAI saying that @airtelindia lost 46.13 lakh of its mobile users. Congratulations! Add millions more to that list. As you ain't giving a damn to the issues. It's been 3 months when I started complaining, that too on social media, but issues are still as those were. Worst.

    @airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

    @BandBajaateRaho Because if any pending payment sure Vi telling about. I remember during my port vi to airtel i recharge my number, also some balance. Nothing pending anything. I'm trouble because now my number registered with my documents but which company! @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare ??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is the worst service I've ever experienced. It's been 18 days since I ported my SIM from VI and still no activation. Your customer support (59058) is pathetic-disgusting tone. Teach your reps how to talk. My mind is blown by this stupidity.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Sir, there is a big problem of voice break in your Airtel network in Surat city, Pandesara, Bamroli Road, Geetanagar, Gujarat. The problem is so big that people are not able to talk properly. This problem has been there for a long time.

    @airtelindia paid for a data recharge, which didn't reflect. Tried to resolve the query on thanks app, the dumb bot dsn't get the query. 198 takes to another dumb bot on call that neither solves the query nor allows you to talk to an executive. Give better customer care please.

    The 5g data is not at all available in kanpur I get it for few minutes and then I have to use 4g kindly go through this besides this I can't even talk to an executive in customer care to adress my issue please go through this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
