  @airtelindia Seriously, stop blaming my phone. 5G doesn’t work on 2 different devices, and others are facing the same issue. Yet Airtel keeps giving the same excuse. Why recharge long-term when your service doesn’t work? Shashwat Sharma No response to my emails either. Fix this.

  Airtel’s international roaming in Nepal was a frustrating experience. Despite taking a roaming pack before travel, I had got only few hours of network after entering Nepal. Tried everything—nothing worked initially. Why was the network unavailable? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia chose a subscription which offered netflix as an add on, cant manage the membership on the app, your chatbot sucks cant resolve ****, atleast give an option to chat with a customer executive. It used to work automatically before now its asking for payment details.

  Best network of @airtelindia ? Lol. What a comedy. Been a two months since I'm not able to receive and make calls, use internet at my home address with @airtelindia network. Filed a complaint, but they closed without resolving an issue at all. Request ID - 100001558700
