  @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

  @Airtel_Presence pathetic service by @airtelindia Reported internet issue on Wednesday, your engineer fixed the issue temporarily and now issue is recurring and service engg isnt available to fix the issue. Now I ran out of mobile data @TRAI

  @airtelindia - 30 hours and still the Wi-Fi service in Pune Aundh area is down. No response or TAT being provided when the service is going to resume.. is anyone even looking into this. No intimation, no resolution!! @airtelnews @Shashwat_388

  @Airtel_Presence It’s a very unethical practice where the company wants to discontinue the plan by charging amount for Prime OTT which is already part of plan. It was never expected from @airtelindia @bharti
