Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia I top up my number to 16.66TT but still not able to port out. Now I demand to resolve the issue ASAP and pay me cash for Rs120, 20 for my TT and 100 for making me travel 2 times for port out. I already complaint to consumer court.

@airtelindia Getting network in assam is great, but have you checked your broadband cases in a state like Delhi? It's not working for more than 48 hours and you guys still saying 6 hours more, even local isp repair faster #airteldown

@airtelindia Facing issue for porting out message. 1> Spoked on 121, she said that I have more than 9 conections. I have call recordngs. 2> I sent the TAFCOP details of my numbrs, den dey mentiond that I have less than 10TT , thats why not working, dey askd me to keep above 10TT
