    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    Really dissatisfied by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 's service. Deeply appalled by how the management is handling things, have been unable to leave the house because I am expecting their technician to pay a visit because of their own fault. Looks like I'll to shift to Jio fiber.
