    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to get in touch with your team for over a week now. My internet connection has been down since a week, I've called customer care everyday since a week and everyday they say they will send some technician to get it resolved. Pls look into this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - i filed a complaint on feb for an issue and technician said it is due to faulty wire issue again occured today and Muskan rajput told she will not send technician if i won't pay and why i did not complaint as well and she will close case.

    @airtelindia Working from home with Airtel WiFi is becoming impossible. Internet goes down almost every other day, and your technical support takes forever to respond. Lost another full workday today because of this. Extremely disappointed with the service! #Airtel #InternetDown
