Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have been facing internet issues from 12 hours . Even when outage hours got over , issue still persist & no action has been taken even after registering complaint in airtel. We have been sent fake message that issue has been fixed. Wfh is impactd.

@airtelindia Airtel service is very bad I m the platinum customer of Airtel but airtel don't give me service his servis like 2G sim. Airtel all comments are fake
