  Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

  @airtelindia I am Airtel one customer. had paid Rs 500/- for installation of IPTV but that was not installed. The order was cancelled later. I am yet to get the refund. Even after calling many times, multiple emails, no response has been received. What a pathetic state of affairs
