    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @vittalgopal Airtel broadband service is worst in Hyderabad. Service request # 10078894087 raised on 9/10, no response. Sent mail to Airtel escalation team no response. It’s been 5 days. Not even a single call or person attempted to solve the problem

    I am a resident of Ward No-5,Birnia ,Nagar Panchayat Bahadurganj-Kishanganj,855101. Not only me but the whole village faces the network crisis here. Despite being in the Municipality we have the poorest of network coverage in this Village. @airtelindia @airtelnews plz review.

    @airtelindia I recently broke my phone & wanted new esim for spare phone. But due to mandatory otp based login to airtel app i could not request new esim via app & had to physically visit the store. Pls allow email based login & otp based authentication can be done later.
