Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

I had already purchased a Jio connection and was not interested in continuing Airtel's slow speed network, as they won't fix the issues. I had raised multiple tickets in past, but they never fixed it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelscam (pt3)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence such a pathetic service provider, not able to call anyone even in network area. No voice on incoming call. 4g works worst than 2g, i dont know why it always gets call failed in full network coverage area, the signal always weak at capital region.

@airtelindia Stop harassing customers. Your customer support is useless. They first say that they will resolve the issue within 4 hours. Then when you call them after 4 hours, they ask me to tell them the issue all over again and say they will resolve it within 24 hours.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am suffering with wifi outages since 10 days. Tired of repeated complaints, poor customer relations, arrogant attitude of Airtel executive, disconnection of complaint calls. Airtel is pathetic. Thinking of switching to Jio.
