Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

When checked the details in the bill the number if minutes charged extra does not match with details. None of your agents are able to help me with details and the service request raised gets resolved
