    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia From the past two days I am facing network disruption for my wifi. I am trying to raise a complaint and each time I am being told that there is a technical/unplanned outage in my area and each time I am being given a timeframe within which my issue will be fixed

    @airtelindia registered call through your new service provider as no response available on CC No. But Nos shared by message are not responding first message to repair today 09 to 10 AM now just changed service engineer who will attend 11 to12 PM both are not receiving calls ????

    @JioCare No point brother!! @airtelindia did it instantly!! I called them. Raised a request, same day initiation and instalation..!! Airtel deserves best when we are talking about service and support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since you’re not even responding to our messages or taking any action to fix the issue, there’s no point continuing this service. Please arrange to collect your set-top box from my house. We’re done waiting for a response or resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is there ANY way to immediately block a lost/stolen Airtel SIM? I couldn’t find any such option on the Airtel app, and your customer care is an absolute nightmare just useless automated responses instead of helping with a critical security issue.

    Dear @airtelindia your 5G service sucks on highways. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.
