Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

Dear @airtelindia ! Your Internet speed sucks. Every time your it shows an anomaly error. Even my previous network @BSNLCorporate was way better than you, although it was a 3G network. Will surely return back to #BSNL. And FYI, I am tweeting this by using @reliancejio.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet has been down for nearly 5 days. First support case closed without resolution. Second case was opened again and no resolution yet. What a pathetic service. You guys should be awarded with worst Internet service provide of the year.
