    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Xstream Fiber. Engineer assigned but no call or installation, not even from back end team pathetic service. Now showing Order Delay. Req ID: EXD6SWR33B SR: 4511766411 Cancel the order and refund my money immediately.

    @airtelindia worst ever services ever seem from any telecom company raised a complaint regarding non functioning of Wi-Fi but no resolution even after 5 days they install new connection in 30 minutes but not restore Wi-Fi even in 120 hrs.whn Internet is esstn arc

    @airtelindia @airtelnews your service is going from good to worst. There is no resolution in #airteliq services that I have. No response, only hopes. I can't run my campaigns. Requesting you to look into it. Still an @airtelindia fan and share holder.

    @airtelindia Your V5 vendor pays a very low salary and acts arbitrarily; furthermore, no one from the V5 staff responds to queries. I am a field engineer, yet I received an in-hand salary of only ₹22,478 in Delhi-NCR—tell me, how am I supposed to support my family on this? Please Help me

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Care to respond???? 16th is the bill due date, I'm not paying till Airtel, a telecom company decides to pick up the phone and call me. The issue is pending since 2024! For ₹600 you will come running post the due date

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia
