Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst telecom ever. Your airtel store employees are not even responsive neither are your services. It's been for than 20 days of applying for a duplicate sim as per your recommendation. Since i have lost my sim abroad. But still no response. Shame!

Few hours away before i disconnect my airtel broadband if no support is given. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gonna lose a customer of 7 years and alot of recommendations. This is honestly beyond unprofessional customer support.
