Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

Disappointed with @airtelindia Airtel disconnected my sim services for no reason. That was so important to me. Going crazy by contacting their customer support again&again but got no help. Wonder why they run 0 complaint campaign when executives ain't even interested #Airtel
