    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia A delighted customer is the greatest potential a company has. If that customer faces issues and company takes hell lot of time to solve that issue then that company has some issue with their front line service people.

    Hands down @ViCustomerCare is the least competent of all the mobile operators. Online offers for postpaid when ordered,are not to be found with local partner, forget being honoured. Downright deplorable state of affairs @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Every time I see this problem with vodafone like automatic balance deduction which I never faced or heard issue like this with any other network. Every time I need to call and ask for the reason and today I got misbehaviors response. Help! @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare Is it a fact that most of the Toll Free Numbers starting from 1800.... never gets connected from Jio Number? Today, I tried RailTail Broadband multiple times but it was getting disconnected immediately. Whereas Airtel got connected immediately. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Stupid payment alerts, fake msges still coming, when my money is still lying with Airtel, the monkey brand. 😡😡 During sleep hours, disturbing, increasing the BP. WARNING AIRTEL. STOP THIS NONSENSE. REFUND MY MONEY FIRST. WILL UNSUBSCRIBE AIRTEL SOON.
