    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @TinyDhillon @airtelindia It's called monopoly.... In tele market only two big player JIO and AIRTEL. Both are only looting to customer on the name of better service but in reality nothing they are doing. TRAI also not took a hard steps against them .

    For DSL ID 013111219134_dsl, my Wi-Fi is not working again. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This has become a recurring issue. Almost every month, I face the same problem 2–3 times. Please resolve this permanently instead of temporary fixes. It's really frustrating. 😑

    @airtelindia I have not received any update If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate the matter by emailing the company heads and filing a formal complaint in the Consumer Court.

    @airtelindia such a bad experience, i wish to cancel my wifi subscription i’m unable to do it from the app and the customer call bot is straight away sending me to shift connection, can’t even connect with an executive to help me. Then you guys will charge if i exceed the time
