Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia Why is not possible for you to provide Airtel Fiber connection across the street for small building? Local Airtel service provider said its not viable for them to provide connections to building smaller that 4 floors. But within 100 meters another building has it.
