    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia whenever i call customer care numbers: 198, 121 the automated voice says we are connecting your call to customer support specialist but then the call automatically cuts off. On 15 aug i did rs 558 recharge but it is also not reflecting on my account

    @airtelindia I have ported into Airtel from Vodafone hoping for a better service but I am not getting volte on Airtel sim, I have Cleared cache but it's not working, found out volte not provisioned on my sim, please do the needful.
