    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    Everday at 9-9:30 PM the airtel fiber goes down. Have raised several complaints but no one comes to fix it. @airtelindia fiber is a big red flag if any is planning to get one. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Whats the update on the internet outage? Its been almost 24 hrs since outage without any communication from ur end. Is this the kind of service u intend to provide? Ur engineers are not responding. This is in Mogal Nagar, Trimurti Chowk Area Nashik.

    Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

    @airtelindia As a corporate customer we have multiple connections for over 5 years now. The bills are always paid on time... Still when it comes to a simple SIM SWAP issue - there is no physical individual to help. No phone number that let's us speak to a human!

    @Airtel_Presence Ok. This has to be suitably escalated and addresses. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you cannot just ignore paying customers grievances and services issues. A compalint has been registered with Indian Consumer Forum, docket #9900587.

    @airtelindia my mobile network not working since morning. Changed sim card at 6:20pm at local airtel office but no network till the time.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi your chat bot always reply with same line that there is congestion in your area. Even though wifi is working or not working. It means, it simply replies without checking anything #scam #airtel

    @airtelindia entire ORR starting from silboard till Whitefield there is bad bad network and many bile data is crap. Connection drops and we can’t make any data calls. Pls look into this and fix this . You charge enough
