    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia shame on your customer service. Ticket raised on 15th May is still not resolved and everyday I get call from customer care and ask me to repeat whole story but they never have a resolution. Pathetic customer service and untrained staff who don't know what to say.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, I am not receiving any signal on my Airtel number. The representatives at the Airtel gallery confirm the sim may need to be replaced. I’m not in the country to be physically present for the kyc process. Do you any alternative here?
