    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    Hi @airtelindia From the last 7 days, we ( in our locality everyone) are facing internet issues. I tried to connect with customer support executive and even also tried the Airtel thanks app, but couldn't find any option to chat/talk with any executive.

    Network connection these days are in worst phase to resolve they didn't have option to talk directly to customer service . wrost customer service you have Airtel. No one to listen. @airtelindia @TRAI
