Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

Speed reducing fraud applied in 3G while 4G launch @airtelindia now same scam applied after 5G launch by slowing down 4G network. This useless @TRAI is just watching silently.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - that’s not a viable solution. Your proposal will turn off every auto generated message. This issue is not present when it comes to Jio. If you analyze hard enough, I’m sure you have the capability to fix this.
