Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised an SR#10008719487 yesterday at 6:40pm with an assurance from senior suprvisor that ill get call back. Magically, SR is closed without resolution. Had to call ur custcare nd reopen it. Today morning, again SR is closed. can you please look?

@airtelindia … I am outside India and my parents senior citizens 73years old are using my mobile number. We need a replacement sim to continue to use the services. We used all channels but are of no use. I am 15+years old Airtel customer and this is unacceptable. Please resolve.
