Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

@airtelindia Worst service. They have activated Amazon Prime Lite without intimation and my original Prime membership has been cancelled and they are refusing to cancel the subscription which can only be ended from their end since it was given by them. Fraud practices and no help
