Oliver Rayi (@OliverRayi) reportedI have a similar predicament. Been using @airtelindia since 12+ yrs and never has it been so bad. The signal drops to 1 bar or zero and then picks up to 3 bars. Installed Airtel airfiber to have better internet atleast but it's a scam. It uses the same tower and signal strength and hence the same disconnectivity. Voice calls get dropped or cut or even worse has voice flickering. All this is at my workplace and I can hardly get any work done.

I had switched from Jio to Airtel just 3 days ago and only now came to know that cable and service infrastructure in our area is shared between Airtel and Jio. Pathetic and no response.
