Still no solution, no sync in betwn your dept. I have been talked 4-5 person but each have their diff. reply on same.old IP was surrendered 4 months back but still your a/c dept charging it on my every bill. Do l switch to other ISP like Jio or excitel ? @airtelindia @airtelnews
